I went for Toyota Safety Recall service. I took appointment with my name. When I reached their person scanned my VIN# using electronics device. I show my safety recall notice. I was waiting in wait appointment with my name. When I reached their person scanned my VIN# using electronics device. I show my safety recall notice. I was waiting in waiting area for 4 hours and later on I went to service rep and told my name but there is no name on their list. I gave my car details and found it with the name who purchased prior to me from their dealership. Car was ready 1-1/2 hour before but they are calling wrong name(prior owner).They didn't check any name or anything before taking my car. More

I leased my Toyota Prius a year ago after having switched from Toyota (Cressida / Camry) to Nissan Maxima and then to Honda CRV. I now wanted a car that is more fuel efficient. After one year into my 3-yea from Toyota (Cressida / Camry) to Nissan Maxima and then to Honda CRV. I now wanted a car that is more fuel efficient. After one year into my 3-year lease, I must say that I have NEVER been so impressed with the service I have received from DCH Toyota in New Brunswick and with my Prius. I have highly recommended DCH Toyota to my friends. The sales staff was excellent as is the service staff. And I received a $25 gift certificate also that I spent on a snow scraper/brush and some windshield fluids. I cannot thank Toyota and DCH Toyota enough for their appreciation of my business. This is really mutual admiration. When my lease is up in another two years, I will definitely switch to another Toyota. I am sorry to have missed the name of the service rep at the dealership. But if you will check my invoice, you will certainly find his name and recognize him accordingly. He was most professional and cordial. An absolute delight. More

From the moment I brought my car into the dealership from the time that I drove it away I was met with the most friendly staff members. I brought my Toyota rav for a recall and routine maintenance. I have been here before and I am always so impressed by their costumer service. The facility is remarkably clean. Service was on time, and station extremely clean. Car always ready when promised. I am very happy with the DCH Toyota North Brunswick. They gave me a generous amount for my trade in, and service has been great. Scheduling oil changes is easy and saves me time. I have did have a brake job done on my last Toyota Sienna at Goodyear. Can't say that they used sub-standard parts, but the brakes were never right after, grinding noises etc... Took van back to them several times with no improvement. I had brakes done at DCH on my new van, works great, just like new, no noises. I will never go to Goodyear again. I always thought dealers prices were too high, but the prices are competitive. When I needed tires, I shopped around and DCH buy 3 get 1 free turned out to be the best price. I recommend DCH, Ed Ramirez is very professional and took his time to listen to my concerns and addressed them with no hesitation. Thanks Ed! More

I had my trck serviced by dch they wor very helpfull put me in real nice rental for the time it took to ripair my truck. When it was all done my tduck was washed and it run like it was brand new.
