I felt they try to 'sell' you stuff you may not need to have done urgently. This has happened on multiple occasions with them. Their work though is very good when it is done. I find the service department to be very good for my 2006 Prius. (Though I've needed nothing more than routine maintenance) The work is done in quickly and in the time promised, for a fair price. I found Steve and Abe in the sales department to be knowledgeable and together they worked very hard to get me the car and the price I needed. The car was delivered on time and was exactly what I was looking for... even though I had requested some "out of the ordinary" options such as a premium sound package, special wheels and a towing package Low Pressure Sales. Great to deal with. Service Department goes out of their way to please. They were thorough and professional. Judy Hansen is an absolute pleasure to deal with. All in all, if you are looking for a Toyota, take the time to stop in and see the sales team at this dealership. More

I visited DCH Freehold Toyota service department for a routine service maintenance. It was very busy that day, and as I drove up the drive, I was greeted by a young lady with a smile. I told her I was i routine service maintenance. It was very busy that day, and as I drove up the drive, I was greeted by a young lady with a smile. I told her I was in a hurry as I have to get to an appointment; she reassured me that she would do the best she could, and asked if I wanted a cup of coffee while I wait. As I was waiting, Mark Lefkus, the service manager, approached me, apparently knowing my situation, told me that he would put a technician to work on my car right away. He said it would take about an hour. To my surprise, and before I could finish my coffee, he came back in less than 40 minutes with my car. He handed me the key and explained what was done to the car and apologized again for having me wait. The people at Freehold Toyota are always courteous, professional, and friedly; they always make you feel important and that they value your business. This was not the first time I went to the dealership for service; but each time, the service has been excellent and the price reasonable. That's the reason I kept buying my cars from Freehold Toyota! More
