I came to this dealer with a friend just to shop around and see options, we had visited a dealer before out in Torrance and had a horrible experience. The staff at DCH Gardena was warm, friendly and definetly looked out for what is best for the customer. They had shown me options based on my budget, let me test drive and took their time with me. I would definelty recommend this dealership to anyone in the market to trade up, buy new or used. I love DCH Gardena and my Honda Civic. Thank you DCH Gardena Honda :)

Mr. Kelly was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Our family was treated with respect and honor. We felt extremely comfortable with his presentation. One of the best internet sales experiences I had. I had certain expectations and Rahn was willing to take them to finance management for the typical negotiation nonsense. There was a little give and take with the tradein value of the Honda SI but in the end both parties were equitably in agreement. Financing was excellent and simple. As for the paperwork, JJ was just as friendly and supportive. This was the first time in my several purchases at DCH Gardena Honda that I was not sales pressured to load the car with unnecessary options which historically I have had to argue that I did not need nor want them. The options were offered but not pushed. This was what I desired and JJ did his part to explain them but not make me feel like a fool if I chose to not take them. I do not like to finance these things, period. If I want them, I will pay the cash.
I believe that both Rahn and JJ are individuals that I would love to work together with again and I will probably ask for them.
We have purchased several automobiles at DCH Gardena. Last year we chose Scott Robinson because of a bad experience we had in 2012 at DCH. This year we are glad we returned to DCH and mostly because of the good deal we had and these two men we worked with. I hope DCH appreciates them as much as we did....

I have leased four Honda vehicles from four different Honda dealerships and I MUST say DCH Gardena Honda has the BEST customer service that I have EVER experience and prices are great, too!!!! I dealt with Cristina Madlangbayan and she is the GREATEST!!!

First of all, I want to say that I was Directed to DCH HONDA GARDENA thru the Consumer Report CAR BUYING Guide, who lead me to this dealership.

I have to commend DCH Honda Gardena for having such a SUPER Sales Rep named Fernando Padilla. I want to say that I was hesitant about purchasing my vehicle because of a negative experience with another Honda Dealer.

Mr. Padilla was an exceptional and courteous Sale Rep that I could not resist buying a car from your dealership!. He explained everything in great detail, and walked us thru the whole Negotiating and paperwork process. He also gave our kiddo a CAR FOX that he has been playing with since. I can assure you this is the ONLY TIME that someone in sales has gone to such great lengths to make sure I got the EXACT CAR/COLOR/FEATURES as Mr. Padilla did.

And to put icing on the deal. Mr. Francisco Padilla Drove to San Francisco where we were, to have our documents signed so I could have my NEW CAR the Next Day!!!! WHO DOES THIS????
Fernando Padilla!!!! He is the most exemplary type of employee that is lacking in the CAR Sales World.

I was looking around for a new car and met Chuck Fisher who helped me out in buying my new 2013 Honda Accord EXL. After we test drove serveral cars, this was the one I decided on with Chuck's help. What a guy! He is so courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and listened to what my needs were and didn't pressure me into buying anything like some other have done in the past (which turns me off from buying).
So thanks to him I am now a proud owner of a new Accord! Thanks Chuck! I will surly tell my friends to go see you and DCH Honda!
