My Review of DCH Gardena Honda:
I took my Honda Ridgeline in for regular service and as I was signing in my granddaughter went into labor with my greatgrandson and was on her way to the hospital to be monitored. It was too early for her to deliver, so I was very concerned. After checking with other techncians Daniel told me it would be about an hour to have the service completed. That was very acceptable with me. I was in the waiting area when only about 40 minutes later the work was complete and I was on my way. I cannot thank Daniel and the guys in the service department enough for getting me out of there so fast and also wishing us well and good luck as I drove out. As luck would have it, the contractions stopped and we are now still waiting the arrival of Parker James, my greatgrandson. I told Daniel, the next time I am in I will bring pictures...

I had to get my Honda fixed and was worried they wouldn't find the problem. But instead of fixing the wrong part (the usual protocol at dealerships) they spent extra time to verify the problem and the car works great ever since. Richard was the nicest person there and without his help I don't think I could have gotten my car back so fast.

Everytime I bring my car in for service I only have Mr. Quintana take care of me. He's professional, friendly, quick, and always smiling. When I pay I'm always quickly greeted in a friendly professional manner, and always with a smile by Mrs. Golden. She is always asking, and making sure I have been taken care of with everything and that I am satisfied. Mr. Quintana & Mrs. Golden are the reason why I continue to come back to this dealership to have my car serviced. You guys are very lucky to have them working there. Thanks guys..

I was soo bummed when i found out that my vehicle had a recall. I went in and my service advisor (emilio Perez) ordered the part for me. 2 days later Adriana called me to notify me that my special ordered part arrived and i could come in the very next day! i was soo excited to have it done quick.Other places take weeks to notify me that the part arrived. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family!!

My Review of DCH Gardena Honda:
I gave Kathy Golden the rating above because she is always very helpful. She lets me know when is the best time to come in for service as well as when there are coupons or special offers. She is quick and friendly and makes sure my car is ready for me within minutes after my arrival. I love that the service department staff are always willing to explain everything, especialy when I first brought my car in and asked where all the check points were (oil, fluids, etc.)and recommended levels and tire pressure. Everyone made me feel very comfortable and confident that my car was getting the best service available.

I have two Hondas and when I bring in the cars for service, I am always greeted by happy polite people, the cars are always perfectly serviced and the estimated time to complete the job is always correct, when i go into the office to pay for the work performed I am always greeted with a smile from Kathy and politeness which makes for a happy rest of the day for me.

my car needed parts that were not on hand and this young lady was verry efficient and considerate. She called me back right away and was soooo friendly the prices were great. I was verry happy to get my car back so fast, I need it to go to work and drive my kids to school.... I have 5 boys and can't be without my car!

Upon driving up to the service drive I see a smiling, friendly face awaiting to greet me and help me (Richard Quintana). He is always so friendly and helpful....you guys are lucky to have him!!!!
When paying for my car I'm always happy to see Kathy. I LOVE HER, she always makes me laugh & is so happy all the time...no wonder you guys are #1.

I was treated with wonderful courtesy. I was looking for a new Honda home where I will bring all my Hondas and where I will buy new ones. Thanks for good, friendly service. I also enjoyed the wireless Internet.

The service manager also greeted me and welcomed me personally. He noticed my laptop and told me about the free wireless and the workstation available for me.
