I will spare you all the details of my heartbreaking experience and share the positive outcome of my situation. First I would like to thank the follow people who turned a heart-breaking experience to a memorable one that will never be forgotten. So here is the DCH Gardena Honda dream team: Eddie Chan, who sold me my 2017 Honda Accord is the most thoughtful, patient and understanding person you could ever meet. Drew Holbrook General Sales Manager, was very accommodating, thoughtful, and wanted to ensure that I was happy and satisfied. What a great feeling. Michael Hansen, General Manager was such a joy to communicate with and was very thoughtful and understanding of my ordeal and wanted to make it right. Sean Ryan, fixed Operations Director, made me feel so comfortable in just talking to him I became relaxed and believed in him and the rest of the HONDA TEAM that they would make this situation right and they all did a AWSOMEl job at doing it. The DCH Gardena Honda Team is amazing, thoughtful, caring, and exceeded my exactions. They are the “TRUE HELPFUL HONDA GUYS!” and should be on the Honda commercial in my opinion as they all represent Honda very well. I fell in love with Honda when I was sixteen years old and have driven nothing but Honda cars since then. I could not, would not, and did not give up on Honda because of this dream team mentioned above. Thank you all for your outstanding customer service which you don’t receive anymore in this day and age. Lastly, thank you for making me feel important and valued as a Honda customer.

"DCH Honda Dealership is overcharging 100% markup for service"
"IF YOU SEE THIS MESSAGE DO NOT GO TO DCH HONDA GARDENA THEY ARE RIPPING YOU OFF WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY BY OVERCHARGING YOU BY OVER 100% OF WHAT OTHER HONDA DEALERSHIP CHARGES" DCH Gardena Honda is ripping people off with their service maintenance charge. I was there today to do my normal maintenance for A1 minor maintenance for my Honda Accord. The rep I dealt with first said that their price is over $136 I complained why it's so expensive for something so simple then he gave me a discount for $20. I still ended up paying over $126 for an A1 service really what rip off. This kind of made me sick to my stomach because I've never seen it this high before but the rep was very secretive about the price. I ended up agreeing to do the maintenance but while I was waiting I called the Honda dealers in Torrance, Carson, and Long Beach and for an A1 service for Honda Accord 2013 it ran between $50 to $60. I did end up calling the service line for DCH Gardena Honda and spoke to a lady she said that their pricing varies from dealership to dealership. But come on by over 100% markup for what is already a normal profit margin with the normal price that other dealership charges. This dealership unscrupulous and shady. How you do have a mark of of over 100% on what every other dealership charges. This dealership has lost my business I will not buy my car there again and I will not service my car there again and I will make sure to tell everyone that I know not to deal with DCH Honda Gardena. This is really messed up of the way they are taking advantage of the Gardena and surrounding community by overcharging their customers.
