My experience at DCH was excellent. I had service done that was unforseen and I found the service coordinator to be excellent. He thoroughly expained the details of the needed repair and why showing depth of product knowledge, professional expertise and courteousnes to customers.

It was an easy relaxed enviorment. I never felt pushed into the purchase.I have already informed some of my friends of my experience and I will definately buy another vehicle from DCH Gardena Honda. As for the vehicle, the car is doing good and things are going good.

My Review of DCH Gardena Honda:
Our over all experiance was a good one after shopping 3 other dealerships Gardena Honda gave me the red carpet greeting and the fact that they are women certified was a major plus, it felt as if they were listening to me when I was telling them my wants and needs and not just trying to treat me like a dumb woman, they understood that the civic was for me and actually focused on my specifics and not ignor me as if I wasn't sitting with my husband and act like I'm not the decision maker. I will recommend Gardena Honda to all my friends and family and especially to all my gal pals. Thanks for the deal and the easy way you make a deal happen.

You must be kidding was my reply to an email asking if I had just missed our appt. the previous day!

Here is my reply.



We spoke at 11am yesterday, I arrived 90 minutes later. (Per our conversation you weren't going to be there, you said one of your managers would help me) I had no problem with this.

Of course there was no Touring Edition pilot in stock as you told me 90 minutes earlier on the phone....none to be found at any other dealer that was within the price quoted either. Even though you made me believe you could get them. Oh, any color you want was what was relayed to me!

Chuck, who was a nice guy, lied for you to try to get me to believe you as the internet director doesn't have an idea as to what vehicles are on his lot. That's pretty funny.....when you think of it.

You could have just saved me some time on a Sunday if you would have been truthful as many of the other deaers I had contacted. But for my trouble I will be writing reviews for all the online websites, ie Yelp, car dealer review and any other I can find.

Funny thing is, I new you were lying but just thought I would give you the benefit of the doubt.

Hope you had a good Sunday with your family, as I was taken for a ride by DCH Honda Gardena and didn't get to spend it with mine.


As a side note, I really did enjoy Chuck, he was a personable guy. Very accomodating, and I would buy from him. But stay away from the internet guy, he is just a Liar!

My Review of DCH Gardena Honda:
Purchased a 09 LX Civic over here. The experience was a complete nightmare. First I was told the car I wanted was available for the price I wanted. When I went there, they then told me it's only available with add on accessories and charged me double the MSRP. Paper work and waiting was at least 3 times longer than my average car buying experience. Lots of useless waiting around. Sales person promised me many functions that at the end didn't deliver. The person who was responsible for the paper work was rude. The haggle me for getting their over price warranty, lojack, car alarm and others. The offered more than double the price where you can find the exact same thing outside, and lied about that you can get those services once you walk out of the dealership. When I rejected his offer nicely, then I can immediately see him turn mad, and becomes really rude, and started to lecture us like we are bunch of bad people. The sales person promised me full tank of gas during the sales, but at the end I only gotten half a tank and refuse to fill it up. During the sales I offer them an AAA check, which the sales person instructed me to write them a personal check instead. He promised they wouldn’t deposit my personal check until 5 days later, so I have time to deposit the AAA check. At the end they deposit my check immediately and I was charged for fee by my bank. Terrible terrible service! They lie and lie until they get you to buy the car, which at the end they didn’t keep any promise. The Sales person’s name was Perry Greene. I’d stay away from his lies if I were you. He will promise you many good things, which at the end not giving you any of it.

My Review of DCH Gardena Honda:
Rude, typical used car-sales people - especially someone named Robert (manager?) - absolutely NO people skills, simply told me what I could not purchase, and pushed me to buy what he wanted to get rid of for the '08 models. I would never go back, and will tell all my friends and co-workers the same. I actually love the cars Honda makes - I've owned 6! and almost 7 this week. I am extremely disappointed at Gardena Honda's rude attitude. I may not dress like I have a whole lot on money, but I honestly do believe people should still be treated with simple respect. : (

Wonderful Wonderful services

Their price was excellent and they did not play game with me. They gave me the lowest possible price and I thought that was the best price I can find in the area.

Their service was great too. They even drove the car to my place and finished the papaerwork at my home. The whole process took less than 1 hour.
