I was in the market for a gently used vehicle (2007 Honda Civic) and found one that I wanted at DCH Honda. I contacted the dealership and met up with Gerald. He was extremely friendly and professional. I wasn't pushed into trying a different vehicle. He did explain many options in my price range and truly listened to what my requirements were. I am VERY pleased with my purchase and plan to return for future purchases and recommend them to all of my friends. Excellent cutomer service and care!

My Review of DCH Honda of Lemon Grove:
The bottom line is they gave the best price. They were mostly easy to work with and not too pushy. I did a cash for clunkers deal and they credited me $50 for the scrap value. Now comes the good part. 8weeks later they sent me a check for another $200 because they got more in scrap value for my car than they thought. Honestly they could have kept the money and I never would have known the difference. That is a very honorable thing to do and I will definitely go back when I need another car. I really recommend this dealership.

I have been to this dealership for service 2 times. I have always been impressed with the quality of work and staff. Yesterday, I needed to have a quick minor body repair. Ryan recommended Sports&Classics Auto Body. I had never used this shop before and I'm very particular when it comes to the appearance of my car. Ryan assured me that he had used them many times and he was sure that I would be satisfied. Needless to say, the repair work was awesome and I was delighted. Randy Frank and the crew at Sports&Classic are perfectly suited to work with DCH Honda. Both do outstanding work and go out of there way to make sure the customer is totally satisfied. My thanks to Ryan and Randy for an incredible and timely repair.

These guys are great! They were flexible and since I've owned the car for several months now, I've had to go in for car washes or to get a few things for my car, and every time they are helpful. Also, whenever I'm in and have to wait for anything to be done, there is always coffee and snacks and a beautiful waiting area. I love it.

My Review of DCH Honda of Lemon Grove:
Nancy Dunn is a very friendly employee and does the greeting and test drives. She made test drives easy and informative.

I went to DCH on the Monday after the first Cash for Clunkers weekend. After the test drive there was a rough transition to a VERY junior sales person working who lacked manners and professionalism. This person never even introduced themselves prior to asking what I wanted my monthly payment to be. I felt it was rude and I left the dealer that night very displeased with the service.

The following day, Nancy called to follow up. I did really like the vehicle, and after voicing my concerns, she worked diligently to meet my negotiation requests and I went back to the dealer that day to finish the transaction.

It was as if I had stepped in to an entirely different sales floor that second day. Gabe Elzian was extremely professional, explained each detail along the way, was respectful during every step of the process, and was a true pleasure to work with. Additionally, the finance manager on site was very professional and informative as well and also a pleasure to work with during the transaction.

I'm rating DCH a "5" for the experience one receives from their experienced staff; giving them the benefit of the doubt for the staff they had on site Monday evening after the biggest weekend in years. If you go, I highly recommend Nancy, Gabe, and the finance manager.

The staff at DCH Honda of Lemon Grove was exceptionally helpful. This was my first vehicle purchase and they did a great job working with me. They really went out of their way to get me in my new Honda. They were great at explaining how the whole process worked and were very thorough explaining all the features on my new Civic. I got a great deal and I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Honda.

DCH Honda in Lemon Grove is an excellent dealership! Thanks to Jeff, our salseman. John, who helped get the deal through. Tommy for his help with the paperwork, and Brian in the parts deptartment, with his help on our Fit floor mats.
Free car wash, free shoe shine, free manicure....yep it's true. Stop by the dealership and you'll find out what I'm talking about. The perks are unbelievable and the Showroom is brand spanking new....state of the art.
Jeff was not pushy and there was no arm twisting. He took a lot of time with me and made follow up calls and emails to assure that I was happy with my purchase. Great Deal and Great Dealership!!

Howdy
I had priced a replacement bra for my 2002 Honda Accord with another Honda Dealer. This dealer was located about 42 miles from my house but it was where I had purchased the car and the first bra. I thought that maybe a closer Honda dealer might have access to the same distributers and I could save some milage and time if they did. When I stopped by I saw a sign for Oil Change for $20.00 and thought that sounded good too. The bra was a full $25.00 less with out the 42 mile each way journey, so I ordered it. I also made an appointment for an oil change. I picked up the bra the next day on the way home from work and they were kind enough to change the appointment to accomodate me at that time. I then looked at the new Hondas. My car was soon finished. I paid the $20.00 and was told about other service that will soon become necessary and went to my car. I got in and realized that the car had been washed. I got out and went in to thank those responsible. Returning to my car I got in and started it and reached for the gear shifter and there was a new tire gage. I shut off the car and again I went back inside to thank those responsible. Acting somewhat "miffed" at being forced to come in to say thank you twice a bond was formed. I will have all of my future work done at Honda of Lemmon Grove. That was the smartest thing I have seen in a long time. Kindness without fanfare done just to emphisize fine service. And a gift to drive the point home. My complements
