When you walk into DCH Honda of Lemon Grove ask for Frank Nelson. He is the salesman that you want to work with. He knows what every little knob and button does on your new honda and he is NOT pushy at all... just very informative. Not only is Frank Nelson an awesome sales consultant, but the dealership itself is quite distinguished from the majority of other dealerships that my wife and I visited over the last three weeks. We were looking for a crossover/suv in our price range so we went to ever make of car you can think of and the last place we went was DCH Honda of lemon grove and we are glad we went there. When we finally decided on a CR-V they found us the rare white EX model and made sure that it was ready to go for us at our convenience. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family members. Don't forget to ask for Frank.

Robert, service technician, was very helpful, friendly, courteous, and timely with handling a recall for the onboard computer of my 2011 Honda Odyssey. At first, I wanted to go to Pacific Honda but their service department turned me away. I will get any future service repairs done at DCH of Lemon Grove. Thank you so much for my pleasant first service experience.

I gave my service representative a coupon for my oil and filter change for $29.95 which was signed and acknowledge. I was not honored the discount at time of check out charged full price. However, most horrid of all, I asked to be called if there were any issues. Well I have a non replaceable tire with a nail in the front right. A phone call was not made, a warning was not issued, and I was allowed to drive my car off the lot into a week of pooring rain in San Diego County. Had I not read my receipt in detail I would have not even know of the issue.
What Honda dealer puts their customer in that kind of danger?

OMG, they saved me! I was at the Kia dealer in El Cajon getting ripped off. I called them and they came and picked me up. I explained my experience with them and they helped me out more then any other car dealership I have ever been to, and I have paid off 6 cars so I know when I see a good deal. Thank you so much and you have made a life long customer!
I am proud to say I bought a car from you and I am glad to be a part of the VIP program.

DCH was running several service specials with unbeatable prices. I went for a timing belt change and automatic transmission fluid replacement on my 2002 honda accord. The service folks were very friendly and prices were around 50% of what other dealers charge. They had a big rush and they gave me a rental car to use for a couple of days while my car was being serviced.
Every time I have gone there, I have been treated well. I would recommend it as the place to go for getting your honda serviced.

I would like to start by saying that I think DCH Honda of Lemon Grove may be the last company I know of that still practices the art of customer service. I have been going to DCH Honda for a couple of years now. This dealership is not the closest Honda dealer to my house but I am willing to drive farther because of the excellent service I receive. I will definitely continue to go to DCH Honda and will absolutely buy my next Honda from them.
I did have a small issue when I went to DCH on 12/26/11. I went for a routine oil change but needed to also get some oils replaced. When I asked about the oil replacement the service person could not find the recommendations in the system. I did not get my oils changed because they said I didn't need them. After getting my oil changed, the service person came back and told me they recommended I get my oils changed as soon as possible. I was very upset because I had asked them about this in the first place and they told me I didn't need to. I went to discuss my frustration with the cashier, Rosa, who went to locate the service manager. Rosa found Steve Hawley instead, a parts manager, who listened to my complaint and went above and beyond the call of duty to make me happy. Steve was so kind that I was speechless. I expected them to say "sorry for your trouble, we understand" and that be the end of it. That was not what happened. I truly believe that DCH Honda actually cares about their customers and wants to keep people coming back.
I am just a regular customer at DCH Honda, I do not know anyone that works there, I do not have a vested interest in other customers going to them. In fact, the less people that go there, the faster my car will get in and out. I do need to say, if you want to go to a dealership that respects you and treats you like they care about you, go to DCH Honda. If you want to go to a dealership you can trust, go to DCH Honda. If you don't want to be conned into buying something you don't need, go to DCH Honda. If you want to be treated like dirt and you want to spend unnecessary money, DCH Honda is NOT the place for you. DCH Honda actually cares about its customers and they still practice the art of customer care, not many businesses do anymore. I commend DCH Honda for caring about their customers and for doing the right thing. I have bought many cars in my life and I have never been to a dealership like DCH.

Lier!!!!, unethical practices, instead of competing with others, they spread lies about competition.
Over priced, liers.
these guys are a little better than other honda dealers in san diego, but still liers. They were very aggressive at calling another dealer unethical and bait and switch. see my post for details on this link.

Even though I came in at 7PM on a weekday to look at a car, I ended up going through with the purchase that evening. They stayed later than they are usually open to finish up the paperwork required and to start getting the car delivered to the dealership for pickup the next day.
As a first time car new car buyer, I had a lot of questions about the process and was initially very nervous about such a large purchase. They were able to answer any questions that came up during the purchase process (and as a first-time new car buyer, I had quite a few questions!), and did so without making me feel stupid for asking.
I didn't know it at the time, but one of my relatives had purchased a car from another dealership but goes to this dealership for all of their car service - they're that good.
