My Review of DCH Kay Honda:
I would definitely recommend DCH Kay Honda in Eatontown to anyone interested in purchasing a new Honda. When I convinced myself that it was time to purchase a new car I instantly developed a knot in my stomach based on the prospect of having to negotiate with dealers and make sure that I get a good deal. I barely had to negotiate at DCH Honda and I can say with confidence that I ended up getting a great deal.

My Review of DCH Kay Honda:
Allen Wagner was absolutely wonderful! He explained all our options. Took us on 3 test drives. No pressure from him - he was a delight. I would recommend him (and Honda) to friends and family.

I take my other Honda Accord to that dealership for service and Allen went over some recommendations for that car as well. He took time out to explain things to me clearly. I felt very comfortable after speaking with him. He was very knowledgable about my car. Again, he was wonderful. All your car salesman should be like him.

My Review of DCH Kay Honda:
I had rerquested a quote Via DCH Interenet department. I found that the quote given was not to be beat by any other local dealership. Infact other dealer reps advised me that Kay Honda would ultimately hit Me up with numerous fees and hidden charges.
I found that not to be true.During our rerasearch Angela answered all of our questions and provided lease details EG money factor and residual wheras other dealers said they didn't have that info.. "imagine"
Once we met angela at the dealer she was friendly, helpful and informative, never "pushy"
Evan the financer manager was indeed very freindly informative and patient.
The service manager ( i apologize , I forgot his name, but have his card)was very friendly engaging and informative.
The gentlemen that detail the vehicles at delivery were also freindly and helpful.

WE had ean excellent experience, all went smoothly and without any unpleasant suprises.

one comment.. when one enters there is not greeter, it took some time for an associate to appraoch us to ask if we needed help. the other associates all appeared engaged, we didn't want to disrupt them.

My Review of DCH Kay Honda:
Bill and Evelyn were great to work with. They were very professional and couteous to a fault. I believe I got a fair deal on the car I leased. This is my sexond car leased with DCH Kay and again they have done a fine job.
The only concern and I know it was my fault was that I returned my car on June 29(lease end was July 25) and assumed the last payment on July 1 would be picked up by the dealership. I should have asked that question but that was my fault.
Again I would highly recommend Evelyn and Bill to my friends who are interested in a new Honda.

It was a quick painless experience. I traded in my 08 Accord v6 for a new Civic LX-S. Angela worked with me and I was out of there with my new civic in 3 hours. She made the transaction very easy.

No pressure was given to me and several options regarding types of cars were offered. I was given the opportunity to see several vehicles. The response & courtesy of Jeremy Braun was exceptional. He gave me a fair price, held the car for me for a few days,& had an option installed w/in hours of my request. When I picked-up the car, the paperwork was completed in a short amount of time, the car was spotless w/a full tank of gas, & the operation of the car was fully explained to me.

Max was also very friendly and professional. Your pricing was very favorable vs Coast
and in line with DCH Paramus where I also visited. Obviosly your location is a plus.
