My Review of DCH Kay Honda:
The best experience I have ever had from auto dealers.
Angela: At first Angela responded to my quote request. She gave me an appointment. She was there with me from beginning till
the end until I pick up the car. This is lacking in most of the dealerships. She gave me short demo as well about the new
car. She did such a great job that she didn't even let me go out to bring the documents from my old car in the parking lot.
She herself went there to get those. She always says "I can do it for you". Even after getting the plates, she came out and
installed those for me although I was saying I can do it by myself. (It was freezing outside). When I was not sure whether to
go with leather or normal, she advised me which is better for me.
Even: The finance manager. He was so helpful and advised me several different options on Warranty (Service contract). When I
said I am not interested in any of those, he just added a basic warranty and given me couple of days time to decide. After
couple of days when I went there to cancel that, he did it without causing any issues. I didn't even see any kind of
disappointment or anger on his face.
Chris: I think he is the boss of Angela. He will always say "I am here for you". He gave me several different options when I
was not satisfied with a spare part.
Steve Wilson: The Service Rep/manager. He called me himself and followed up with me in scheduling the appointments for
setting up remote starter on my new car.
Dealership: They have huge inventory. I am surprised when I went for the first time when Angela said "Don't you want the car
right away?". I was expecting that they will ask me to wait for atleast a week. The price is also very competitive.
Since I came across only these 3 guys, I am thinking they are very good. But I am sure every one in that dealership is like
that. This is the reason why they are winning all the awards every year. All they want to see is Happy Customers.
Don't forget to have French Vanilla Cappuccino at there. :)
I am planning to buy Honda Pilot in the first quarter from them.
