My Review of DCH Kay Honda:
The best experience I have ever had from auto dealers.
Angela: At first Angela responded to my quote request. She gave me an appointment. She was there with me from beginning till

the end until I pick up the car. This is lacking in most of the dealerships. She gave me short demo as well about the new

car. She did such a great job that she didn't even let me go out to bring the documents from my old car in the parking lot.

She herself went there to get those. She always says "I can do it for you". Even after getting the plates, she came out and

installed those for me although I was saying I can do it by myself. (It was freezing outside). When I was not sure whether to

go with leather or normal, she advised me which is better for me.

Even: The finance manager. He was so helpful and advised me several different options on Warranty (Service contract). When I

said I am not interested in any of those, he just added a basic warranty and given me couple of days time to decide. After

couple of days when I went there to cancel that, he did it without causing any issues. I didn't even see any kind of

disappointment or anger on his face.

Chris: I think he is the boss of Angela. He will always say "I am here for you". He gave me several different options when I

was not satisfied with a spare part.

Steve Wilson: The Service Rep/manager. He called me himself and followed up with me in scheduling the appointments for

setting up remote starter on my new car.

Dealership: They have huge inventory. I am surprised when I went for the first time when Angela said "Don't you want the car

right away?". I was expecting that they will ask me to wait for atleast a week. The price is also very competitive.

Since I came across only these 3 guys, I am thinking they are very good. But I am sure every one in that dealership is like

that. This is the reason why they are winning all the awards every year. All they want to see is Happy Customers.

Don't forget to have French Vanilla Cappuccino at there. :)

I am planning to buy Honda Pilot in the first quarter from them.

My Review of DCH Kay Honda:
After my husband and I made our decision to lease a new Honda Pilot we started at one dealership in which they basically told us that they would not be able to meet our needs and insisted we try choosing another vehicle that could satisfy our budget. The second dealership's salesperson didn't seem to have the motivation therefore making it difficult to communicate that we weren't willing to settle on a vehicle that didn't meet our requirements. Lastly, we arrived at Kay Honda and Marty Wolf not only was extremely approachable but patient as well. He took the time to break down all the finacial aspects of the entire lease deal. Even though we did not make the purchase the same night, he kept in touch with us and updated us on any changes that we were able to work with, making the deal more appealing. After leasing the vehicle, Marty took us step-by-step through the truck and helped us with any questions, even followed up with us the next day. My Review of DCH Kay Honda:
I gave an almost perfect rating because I have done business here before and it never fails to be exceptional service with qualified, informative, and friendly service. Everything was explained to me in depth from a sales standpoint as well as from the position of understanding the contractual agreement into which I was entering. Jeremy was a great guy who definitely gave me a no-nonsense approach. Wehn Jeremy was out, John stepped in and respectfully completed the sales process, though he accepted that I wanted the credit for the sale to go exclusively to Jeremy. Then when it came time to sign on the dotted lines, the gentleman who assisted me was kind, courteous, and willing to explain every detail of the process to me. I apologize for not remembering the gentleman's name, but it escapes me at the moment.

My Review of DCH Kay Honda:
We were provided with excellent service in all areas regarding our purchase of a new Honda.

Both Jeremy and Evan (Financial Services representative) were very knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. We really appreciated their directness and sincerity in negotiating the transaction. Also, and we consider this to be extremely impressive, there was _ZERO_ pressure from them regarding the purchase of the vehicle or of potentially unnecessary options. Furthermore, they offered an extremely competitive price for the vehicle we bought.

We had a very pleasant experience with DCH Kay Honda. They will be the first dealership we will visit for future purchases of Honda vehicles in this area of New Jersey.

Originally I had doubts but surprisingly Kay Honda met my price and every person I dealt with were nice, friendly and easy to deal with. I shopped around but it was Kay Honda, especially the Salesman David Giotta that made the transaction easy for me.

I would definitely recommend Kay Honda and will likely be a repeat customer.

I apologize that I cannot remember Dave's last name. His card is not accessible. But Dave was a pleasure to deal with. This is an amazing group of people at Kay Honda, especially Marty! Any question we had, he had the answer or he tracked it down. He was tireless and thorough. This was my first car purchase and I was a little nervous because of everything you hear about car dearlerships. However, my friend Carl assured me that Kay Honda and Marty Wolf were the best kind of dealership - honest, clear, and fair - and they were worth the trip from Brooklyn. He was right, and I will recommend any and all people to Kay Honda.

We were completely satisfied with our purchase and Kay Honda's customer service. Jeremy Braun was a total gentleman in dealing with us. We were delighted that he did not pressure us at all during the sale, or attempt to haggle with us on price, etc. That was a totally different experience that we had and were highly appreciative of his demeanor and character.

My Review of DCH Kay Honda:
Still and always the best in sales and service. This is my 9th Honda from Kay and there is no reason to change. The staff is always knowledgable and helpful be it for sales or service. The purchasing process is not high pressure and more of a dialog to figutre out the best automobile for your needs and budget. I will continue to conduct business with Kay for many years to come.
