I have given the above rating because of the following: Mr James Domorski was sensitive to my need to re-finance at a lower rate and to include my son in an effort to create a credit history for my son. In the process, Mr Domorski was attentive, friendly and timely. All of the paper work and other documentation was completed in a professional and timely fashion.

James Domorski was one of the nicest car salesmen I have ever met. He was honest, friendly and wasn't trying to get anything over on us. I would definitely recommend James and DCH Honda in Eatontown to anyone looking for a stress free experience when buying a car.

In July 2012, I purchased 2 cars from Kay Honda (Salesman George Ungureanu) one a 2012 Accord (traded in my 2008 Accord) and a 2012 Civic (traded in my 1993 Civic). I was never happy with the Civic, it just didn't talk to me. So, I went back to Kay Honda, George was no longer there, and worked with Ray Furslew. He was able to work with me on a trade of the 2012 Civic for a 2013 Civic. The deal was made and now I have a car that is a drastic improvement in features, handling and performance over the 2012. The 2013 is the exact same model and color as the 2012. Ray's attitude, customer interaction was professional, friendly and relaxed. He made me feel welcome to the dealership and displayed an excellent knowledge of the car. Negotiations proceeded as expected and we arrived at a mutually acceptable price.

I recently purchased a used dodge nitro.jeff gutkind was the salesman i dealt with.jeff was not pushy about getting a sale whatsoever which was a good feeling . He was very upfront and honest about the vehicle financing.. Jeff was not asking me for a ridiculously large down payment as a lot of other dealers were doing. I test drove the vehicle in the city and on the highway not being rushed.. All and all it was a great buying experience and i would highly recommend jeff as the salesman to see. I would definetly be back for my next purchase and would definetly have jeff as my salesman once again.

What a FANTASTIC experience. We unexpectedly needed to replace our beloved Van, and were fortunate enough to find John and DCH Kay Honda. They just couldn't have been more pleasant to work with making the task so much easier. Faced with a tight time budget each day, we would make the hour drive to Eatontown and know that when we arrived the the choice of Odyssey Vans to check out and test drive would be ready and waiting for us. We were actually spoilt for choice with the quality, price, cleanliness and selection available. John impressed us with his ability to be detail oriented, always listened, yet personable and professional in his approach. He is a shining star in our book. Each and every person we have since dealt with at DCH Kay provides service with a smile and genuine likability. We just couldn't be happier with our used Honda Odyssey, John and the DCH Kay Honda experience.

My family and I have been with DCH Honda for over 10 years and continue to keep coming back! Now that it was time for my first car purchase on my own, my choice was clear! My mom and I traveled all the way from Bergen County just because we new how great the salesman are! I ended up leasing a 2013 Honda Accord Sport and I LOVE IT! I had the best experience at DCH Honda thanks to Jeff Gutkind. I bought exactly the car I was looking for at an excellent price, with a warranty and I drove the car home within hours. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful and I would be very happy to recommend DCH Kay Honda to all of my friends and family. The have a superior inventory- go have a look. As a recent college graduate who just scored her first big job I had mixed feelings about buying my first car with no help from my parents. I was afraid of getting swindled, getting sold a lemon, or going way over my budget and getting something too pricey for my pockets. I spent some time searching for what car I want, so when I went to DCH Kay I knew exactly what I was looking for. The first thing DCH did right was really make me feel like they were at my service. I commute from NYC and usually get home around 7:30-8pm. It's about a 30-40 minute drive from my house so I called from the car wondering if I can still come in. Without hesitance I was offered their time so I took the drive. It actually turned out that I called the DCH Honda across 36 and showed up at the wrong one! But Jeff and Mike were very inviting and made me feel comfortable regardless of showing up just before closing. Jeff was very interested in what I wanted, and EXTREMELY accomodating. From down payment issues, to insurance coverage, Jeff, Mike and Victor solved every obstacle that I confronted as a young new car buyer with so-so credit. And I walked away with an essentially brand new Honda that I LOVE. However I didn't get the car that night, they didn't have exactly what I was looking for. Jeff listened to all of my requirements (low mileage, relatively new, affordable, SUN ROOF, black coupe) and showed me several cars that reflected these features, but it wasn't the Honda Accord that stood out to me. THE VERY NEXT DAY he called to let me know he thinks he found the perfect car for me, so I made an appointment to see it that Saturday. Jeff couldn't have delivered better, from our late night 30 minute meeting he was able to gauge exactly what I was looking for. 2010 Black Honda Accord coupe with 20k miles, only one previous owner AND OF COURSE A SUN ROOF. While Jeff is to thank for finding me the car, Mike and Victor are responsible for allowing me to have the car that very day. My down payments are a bit higher than what I hoped for but that includes all warranties and 1/4 of the down payment I originally offered. Plus I really don't mind paying a little more for a 7 year/100k mile warranty on a car with only 20k miles on it!
