The service seemed fine at first but when I got in my car all the items from my glove box were strewn across my front seat and floor, I’m guessing because I didn’t purchase the cabin filter replacement. Then a few days later my battery died even though it came up green on the diagnostic report. I’m not sure if something happened at the dealership to drain my battery or if the diagnostic was incorrect or not even run. I had to travel over 100 miles away for work and was almost stranded because of the battery dying. I do not know a lot about cars but highly rely on the diagnostic report to tell me if there are issues upcoming and frankly that is the main reason I go to the dealership. I’m second thinking whether or not I can rely on that and pay the premium that comes with going to a dealership for maintenance. More

Check in is quick. Tiffany is great. Like other dealerships, unfortunately, price quotes for replacing cabin and engine air filters is excessive. Especially given how Tiffany is great. Wasn’t too happy with the service. Dropped my car off Wednesday morning 9:15 and they called me in the afternoon letting me know they had to order the part to fix my trunk so it would Dropped my car off Wednesday morning 9:15 and they called me in the afternoon letting me know they had to order the part to fix my trunk so it would be ready Thursday. Thursday they called me 4:15 saying the car is ready and that I needed to pick it up I couldn’t leave it so I had to drop everything I was doing in order to get over there before they close at 5:30. $50 uber plus $350 to fix my trunk spring when it’s only a 2021 car - it shouldn’t have been damaged to begin with. More

Had a 10:30 appt. for an oil change and tire rotation, i called that i was running late and arrived at 10:40 my car was not taken in until 12:19 and i didn’t leave t for an oil change and tire rotation, i called that i was running late and arrived at 10:40 my car was not taken in until 12:19 and i didn’t leave there until around 1:00 that is unacceptable wait time for someone that had an appointment. When I question the woman on the wait time,, she said I can’t let you cut the line . almost 3 hours for a tire rotation and oil change is ridiculous. More
