Doc and Deanna ROCK!!! We arrived, looked at all the SOULs on the lot while learning about the options on each model, went for a test drive, chose the car we wanted (someone else was also interested in SOULs on the lot while learning about the options on each model, went for a test drive, chose the car we wanted (someone else was also interested in the same car). Doc and Deanna got our information, down payment and had us processed, signed and out the door in 3 hours! That was from driving in with our trade in (which we got an excellent price for) until we drove away with our new SOUL + in the color I wanted. Bought a new kia optima sx, I told the salesman that I wanted a dvd player and he told me the car came with it and it did not. I told the manager that I have a witness that the saleman said it had one. Th wanted a dvd player and he told me the car came with it and it did not. The manager stuck by his salesman and he told me that I could buy another navigation which would cost a few hundred not worth the extra cost just for a dvd player. But the first thing I told the salesman is that I want a dvd player. So I thought I could trust the kia dealership I guess not. My experience from this dealer I would never buy a kia From temecula again. They should stand by what they say. An honest dealership would. More

Our experience at DCH Kia was extremely pleasant starting with our first encounter with Jason Eche. We first met him in April when we were just beginning our search for another vehicle. We expected the typical hard core car salesperson and he was so opposite that. We couldn't test drive the Souls that day as NONE of the Soul vehicles had enough gas in them. Jason handled the situation with professionalism and was very apologetic. He never displayed any pushy attitude to try and get us to look at another model. He listened to us and knew what we were looking for in a Soul. We can honestly say that the only reason we came back the following month to your dealership was because of how Jason had treated us the first time. We did get our Soul from Jason on May 5th and we have been extremely happy with it. Jason went over every detail about the car and went so far as to connect our phones to the car's Bluetooth. We feel he went over and above what any other car salesman has ever done for us. Our deepest appreciation goes out to him. More
