While the information I received was somewhat useful, I believe it's more personal to be told in person what is necessary to fix my car. Additionally, all special coupons for services should apply to all vehicles in the household, not just one. Thank you More

The only concern I have is a repeated problem where the cost of replacing the auxiliary battery on my Prius is quoted at a much higher price because of a misunderstanding by the service advisors of exactly where the auxiliary battery in my car is located. It is located in the engine compartment, not in the back with the power battery. I like having my car serviced at the dealer where I purchased the car, but overall I believe the service costs are higher than what would be charged at an independent service provider. More
