Our sales experience with the Salesman, Mike Gatusso and the Sales Manager Daryle was exceptional. These individuals were knowledgeable, honest and exceptionally helpful. There were about $1000 in misc. charges on our finance contract....hidden within the body of the contract....raising our payments. We questioned it. Without any hesitation....Pedro (the 'finance guy' reprinted another contract with the amount financed as it had been promised to us, originally. My opinion....this was an intentional attempt to add something to the contract and slip it by the customer. I can only assume that this practice in encouraged by the owners of the dealership. More

I received an internet quote from this dealer and stopped by their office to see two models of new cars. The internet sale representative, Lillian, introduced me to the sales consultant, Mr. Mark Nesheiwat, by their office to see two models of new cars. The internet sale representative, Lillian, introduced me to the sales consultant, Mr. Mark Nesheiwat, to help me understand the current incentives, the clunker money from government, select the model and test drive the 2010 Corolla LE model. Mark, not only explained to me about the good standard features of this new model, but also explained the option items included in the new car. After that, he helped me patiently for the price negotiation to reach the price I would like to pay. He served people with a sincere and polite way and makes customer happy in buying the new car in price negotiation, model selection, and test drive. When the car was being delivered, Mark also brought an umbrella for me to keep me dry. Then, he took the plates from my old car and put them on my new car in a raining day. I like Mark's consultation and I would like to introduce more friends and relatives to him to buy the cars from this dealer. It is a pleasant experience in buying this new car from this dealer. More

Heather is the best sales person my wife and I have ever dealt with. She's very informative, efficient and easy to work with. Robert was a fantastic salesman. We spent time explaining our needs and she was receptive and able to provide us with a work sheet for trade in and sales of a new car. I picked up my car in a process that took just about an hour. Expedited service, honesty and integrity are the qualities that I found at DCH Wappingers Toyota. I bought a couple of cars from them and they always give the best price. Their sales representative Heather Schraud was very friendly, understanding, and helping and I enjoyed working with her and look forward to returning when ready for a new car and would definitely recommend her and the dealership to anyone..
