All of my questions were answered, and I felt no pressure whatsoever from the staff when looking at all available options. I was offered what I was looking for with my trade in, and received an exceptionally great deal on the 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring I ended up going with. Felicia and the other staff I spoke to throughout this process (Steve, Ben) were all easy to talk to, did not push, and were personable which is something I feel like doesn't occur as much as it should at some dealerships. Although the exact trim and color was not on the lot, that did not stop them from making sure it was available the very next day. The car has been running beautifully since I got it, and the constant communication, synergy, and efficiency between the staff is what will make me stick with Della Honda for a long time, so thanks again for all that you guys did for me!
