Beware of Della Toyota! They are misleading and don't stand behind the cars they sell. Their poor service resulted in wasted time and money -- all because they tried to shortcut things. They prey on customers and are slippery! Predatory business practices for certain! They should have properly inspected and fixed the car BEFORE they sold it to us. We recently learned from a trusted mechanic that the tires they had on the car when they sold it to us were unsafe (cracked between the treads) AND that the rear springs were broken (and had been for quite some time). Also, the calipers are leaking! Della pushed this vehicle out the door - at our expense! They lied and are snakes. STAY AWAY!!! More

Disgraceful, do not buy from them, they have no regard for customer. June 2022 I wanted a new 4Runner. This dealer could not provide one BUT instead offered me a "dealer service" vehicle for the same cost for customer. June 2022 I wanted a new 4Runner. This dealer could not provide one BUT instead offered me a "dealer service" vehicle for the same cost as new, with 8000 miles on it, to be sold "as new" but the catch was "Toyota will not let us sell this vehicle until July 28, 2022- if you are willing to wait, sign and give us a deposit and the truck is yours, we were told....so we did and 3 days before delivery date we were called and told "SORRY" we cannot give you the vehicle for another 6 or 8 weeks now..No other options were offered. Simply tough XXXX !! You waited almost 2 months and we wasted your time. So we got deposit back and went to Romeo Toyota in Glens Falls and was treated properly...... STAY AWAY from Della Toyota of Plattsburgh ps the saleperson at Della was Heather and SHE was awesome, it was obvious that the people above her truly could care less...... More
