Simple yearly inspection --2 yr old Highlander--would not pass inspection unless they replaced windshield wiper. asked them why ? they said the wiper was torn --it was not---Called my dad and told him--- pass inspection unless they replaced windshield wiper. asked them why ? they said the wiper was torn --it was not---Called my dad and told him---he told me to get the old wiper back---they would not give it back to me. Last year inspection they told me I needed new brakes soon---this year inspection the brakes are ok--still riding on original brakes---Severe Red flag here---I,ll take my business elsewhere. More

Jon Peacock, our sales associate, was the epitome of expertise, professionalism, courtesy and friendliness. He’s as good as they get. He is instantly responsive and always helpful – which was vital as we live 2 ½ hours from the dealership. The purchase process was quick and efficient, with all paperwork organized and ready. The delivery process was just as good. Jon was extremely thorough going over the car with our daughter. What I liked most is that Jon delivered the car to our daughter – not her parents. Without ever feeling rushed, we were in and out in under an hour. Amazing! I can’t recommend Jon Peacock and DELLA Toyota enough. Well done! More
