Jerad kept me in the loop of everything going on and let me know when changes occurred to shipping. The vehicle arrived on 10/3 and I went in to pick it up. I left the dealership that day without purchasing a vehicle. Over the next few months, Heather reached out on a couple of occasions to check in with me. She did so in a manner which let me know she was available to help if I needed but without being obtrusive. In August, I reached out to Heather as I saw a vehicle in production that I was interested in. Heather completed the sale with me in September. I was very satisfied with the process and in particular Heather's approach. This is the 4th new vehicle I have purchased, and it is rare to find someone that isn't overly assertive when trying to sell a car. I made an appointment to have an oil change and to rotate the tires. Brought the car in and waited 1 and 1/2 hours and the car had not even been taken into the garage yet to do the work. Will not go back for service and will find another dealership when I am ready to buy another new car. VERY POOR SERVICE AND THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION IS APPALLING! More
