I recently purchased a 2020 Jeep Cherokee at the Dan Cummins dealership. MARK ("Murdoch") WAS OUTSTANDING! ! (I'll try to keep it short and sweet, but it's hard when I have so many good things to say about Mark.) I went in with a firm budget. I didn't ! (I'll try to keep it short and sweet, but it's hard when I have so many good things to say about Mark.) I went in with a firm budget. I didn't want to get into a new vehicle that was going to cost me 300 more than what I was currently paying (insurance and payment combined). I was willing to spend roughly 100 more than what I was originally paying for my 2021 Ram....But I also knew my 5' tall, 9 year old step daughter wasn't going to fit in the Ram Quad Cab much longer. Within 10 minutes I found a CREW CAB in my budget....kind of... when we crunched some numbers I wasn't sure I'd be walking out with a larger vehicle in my monthly payment price range. Mark crunched numbers for another HOUR...found out how to bring the payment down, then found out I was paying $130 TOO MUCH for insurance. Long story short, he gave me what I needed for my lease trade-in, in order to keep the payments much lower than anticipated, and helped me find an insurance agent who got me insurance on a 2024 RAM FOR $111 A MONTH. I walked out spending only $104 more than what I was paying for my quad cab, but this time, in a 2024 Ram Crew Cab. Thanks to Mark, I my wallet is pleased, and I will no longer be hearing arguing from my back seat when the kids are saying "HE'S TOUCHING ME!" lol With the space in my crew cab, and the price on monthly payments, I feel like life just got a lot easier !! P.S. I might also add, I'm an impatient person... I hate shopping. But Mark recognized when you have too many options it can become overwhelming. He heard my budget and what I was looking for, and gave me three options and I'd picked one in about 2 minutes. THIS is the kind of buying process I love. Thank you, Mark, for making my dreams of a brand new RAM become possible with all your patience and determination to "keep the customer happy". I will definitely be coming back when my husband's ready for a new vehicle!!! (Also, if you're looking for a beautiful olive green Ram that is FLAWLESS with a Line-X bed, ask Mark about it!! Isaiah worked with me for more than 2 weeks before my ubering an hour and a half to the dealership. I talked to him for roughly 15 days to find a vehicle. They required me to pay a portion of the repair and after that, my vehicle was never able to be driven again. I am now stuck with the loan and no ontions to get me on the road. More

We came in last minute to see if we could trade our wrangler in for a Grand Cherokee. We usually go to a salesman at the Chevy building( since it was last min we didn’t want to drop in on him being the last day of the year we knew it would be busy ) We were kinda nervous to go with someone new but Joseph was so nice and polite. We let him know what we were wanting to do if we even could even do it. We told him want we wanted for the trade in and where we wanted to keep our payments. He did a great job getting us what we wanted & was very fast . Joseph was very easy to talk to and deal with, we now have two favorite sales associates at Dan Cummins. We really appreciate everything they have done for us this is our 8 vehicle we have purchased with them and we will continue being a loyal customer.
