Most of the process was done online and through email and text. A sight unseen appraisal was where I wanted it and they stuck to their word. We live about 3 hours away. The vehicle we wanted wasn’t going to work room wise with our kids and they had a wide selection of vehicles and found one that worked and Drake was an excellent salesmen. No hassle no pressure and quick process in the finance office. We spent less than an hour there and drove away. They were up front and honest and that’s hard to find at a dealership.
