Seeing how upset I was the lady there was very apologetic, gave me a rental and tried to fix the problem in any way that she could. Because of her....I rate 5 stars. More

Don't do service here!!! Had to get a fuel pump replaced for 2008 Chevy Malibu, they asked $600 for a new fuel pump. I said no, and bought a new one from Advanced Auto parts f Had to get a fuel pump replaced for 2008 Chevy Malibu, they asked $600 for a new fuel pump. I said no, and bought a new one from Advanced Auto parts for $250 less than half the price they asked for. Labor was really expensive to replace it and it cost about $500. Took about 10 hrs to complete the job. Only good part of the whole experience was the service by the service reps who did everything they could to reduce the price of the service, but still was Dan Vaden's fault for the expensive service. Don't go to dealerships for service, and anywhere but here and save money and time! More

They were the only ones around the area that was close to what I was looking for. They were out of the town I live in. I have issues buying from local dealers when I live in a military town. I clicked on their link and was doing some research on them and the car I was looking to buy and requested more info. Within an hour my phone was ringing and we had set up and appointment for later in the week. I then did all of my prequal stuff with my credit union and called them back that same day and asked if it was possible to come up there that evening and they didn't even hesitate. Got there checked out the car gave them our trade in for them to appraise and within two hours we had a done deal and out the door with our new Chevy Traverse.
