BUYER BEWARE. And I do mean this. Deceptive, manipulative, untrustworthy. Exactly the car dealers people warn you about. Melissa Coon deceived me on the phone abou And I do mean this. Melissa Coon deceived me on the phone about speaking to her manager about shipping fee for a car she was "going to" speak with her manager about. I was very insistent that this be sorted out. And this after she tried to upsale me with the ridiculous oil change program they offer as an add-on fee. Made an appointment to meet her at Darrell Waltrip. She'd just told me whatever was necessary to get me into the store. Then pretended she didn't know about the previous conversation. Finally asked me what I expected for out the door price. Went and got the manager, Mike Toomey, who ALSO pretended he was not aware of the details of the sale and had no knowledge of any discussion about the shipping fee for the car. Began to suspect after my insistence about having my mechanic check out the car before I paid anything that there were problems with the car not listed in the carfax. And THEN he stated they didn't even know if the car was available! Went and pretended to check after my insistence and said the car was even then being bought at its location. Drove an hour in the rain for these bad car schemer tricks. These people just radiated unethical scammer to me especially Mike Toomey. More
