My Review of Dave Towell Cadillac Saab:
I purchased a car from this dealer about 2 years ago. There were problems with the transmission. They went to the manufacturer and found recalls. They did the work on the car that the manufacturer suggested and it did not fix the problem. They went to bat for me and had the whole transmission replaced. They were as good as you would hope for in a dealership. You can trust these guys!

My Review of Dave Towell Cadillac Saab:
Blew me off. Basically refused to work on my car that is under warranty.

Bought a car 2 days ago from a dealer about an hour away. They said since I did not buy the car from them they don't want to work on it.

I told them the other dealer has no info on the car either and they said sorry tough luck.

Total bs excuse not to back GM warranty.

My Review of Dave Towell Cadillac Saab:
By far the best customer service I have ever experienced. Dave Towell has a customer for life. I purchased my 9-7X used from another dealer. I took it in for standard service. They have been absolutely pleasant to deal with and go the extra mile. I had the opportunity to meet the owner and he was extremely pleasant. The entire service department, including the techs, are great to work with and strive to make sure you are a happy customer. I would recommend this dealership without question.
