Very disappointed with my experience there. It is a Circus with all the employees and staff walking around everywhere. You get hit from all sides by Sales Person after Sales Person when you have already been set up to work with someone else. The Sales Managers are the same way, I got approached by 3 of them! Seems chaotic in the lobby area. Not one interaction I had with anyone seemed of quality, it seemed robotic and just an activity they had to do on a check list or something. Didn't seem sincere. Rather than set you up for personal 1 on 1 attention with your sales agent in a private office you are instead herded into a food court looking area right in front of the front entrance where everyone can see you. You are consulted and negotiate with your sales agent at a high top circle table like you find at a bar. I felt uncomfortable and awkward and like all eyes where on me. I'm not sure why they do this? The dealership seems big enough to accommodate offices, but maybe not with the 500 employees it appears that work there. Waiting time to get a test drive took almost 30 minutes with my Sales guy running around doing 12 things just to get me in a car. Parking lot was cluttered and not well defined. Employee and/or customer cars were parked right along side brand new ones which was confusing. Pros: Good inventory, convenient location. I will not be purchasing a Honda from this location as I don't feel like suffering through the 3 ring circus known as the David McDavid sales lobby. Ownership and Management should seriously consider a softer less aggressive approach. Privacy and 1 on 1 interactions go way further than herding people like cattle into an area only to be harassed by everyone in the building. Sales Managers should not be interacting with customers so much, it undermines the sales reps and can make customers feel pressured. More

Jackie was amazing. She made me feel at ease, relaxed and continued to emphasize that she was there to help me find exactly what I wanted in a vehicle and in an affordable manner. Adam was there for any clarifications and questions and also set my mind at ease. Matt saved me $700 by informing me I was entitled to a refund from the previous dealership. I did return to the previous dealership and they took care of my refund. Jackie and Adam explained the leasing program. I was 'terrified' of going that route due to negative experiences of friends'. However, they explained and eased my fear after I asked a zillion questions and repeated them another zillion times (LOL). I chose to lease and have no regrets for that decision. Additionally, Jackie sat in my new car with me and helped me set up and understand the operations of my new car. She took the time to help me set up the voice call feature with my personal phone numbers. I was impressed with the 'time' she took to be sure I understood all my car operations. David Briggs and his staff walked me through the lease or purchase options. As an older person I appreciated their patience explaining the new tech features on the car. He was very patient when I wanted to look at the same cars over and oooooover again! I had walked in expecting to get a car that would take care of my needs for a few years and that was going to be good enough. With the help of Manlio Perez and Rob Karamov I was able to get a car far better than what I hoped. More
We purchased a Ford Edge from their used car lot and ended up getting the extended warranty. A year rolled around and our alternator went out. We've always been impressed with their hospitality until yesterday (5-09-13). From the start the service advisor, Mike, was very short and wouldn't communicated with my wife. I arrived their a little later and spoke with him about the extended warranty taking care of a loaner car. Mike explained to me that they have to find out what is wrong with the car first to see if it would be covered. He sent my wife with the Enterprise represenitive while my 22 month old and I waited to see what they figured out. After 45 minutes of waiting I went up to Mike and asked him what they figured out. Mike rudly said, "Man there were way more cars ahead of yours and we won't even look at it until tomorrow. " The way he said it and the attitude he had behind it made me livid. With my baby in my arms, I replied,"so I've been waiting around here for nothing". He started mouthing back so I had to leave. The next day I talked to the service manager and, of coarse, he said he would talk to him. We all know what that means. Nothing is going to be done with Mikes behavior. If you ever go there and you get Mike, do yourself a favor and ask for someone else. More
