Went to David McDavid Honda of Frisco to purchase a pre-certified used Honda Civic about 4 weeks ago. The over all experience was great. Alex Lajas approached us immediately and asked us what we were l pre-certified used Honda Civic about 4 weeks ago. The over all experience was great. Alex Lajas approached us immediately and asked us what we were looking for. I already had in mind what type of car I wanted and a price range we wanted to stick with. Alex showed us a couple of Civics and mostly all were within our price range. Alex was great at communicating with my mother and I and he was very knowledgeable about every question we had. We took the car I decided on on a test drive and came back to start the paperwork. Alex explained everything in a timely manner, we never felt hurried or pressured the time that we were at the dealership. My car was washed and cleaned from the inside and filled up with gas before leaving the lot. It is good that he is bilingual in Spanish and can break the language barrier with Spanish speaking customers. Alex made sure to ask us if we had any questions threw out the whole process, as some people can feel intimated to ask questions and regret not asking once the purchase of a new car has been made. My mother and I will be referring family and friends to Alex Lajas for their next car purchase. More

All the staff at McDavid were very friendly and very accommodating. They knew their products and were very professional with everyone having an assignment and performing like a well oiled machine. But, I hate the way Honda has started doing business. They give you what seems like a good price for the car and then stick it to you for dealer added options that you may or may not want. Really, $495 for a trunk cargo tray? Not just McDavid, but all the Honda dealers in the area are doing this. Honda of McKinney gave me a price that was $600 below invoice, then added $4000 worth of dealer installed options. More

They think we are all such dumb people. Their cost is very high and when you show them price quote from other dealership, they challenge you can never buy this vehicle at this price and very next day I bought the same vehicle at an awesome deal from another dealership. Would never go to this dealership again and I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from them. More
