Brad Howard was great. It’s obvious he has experience in this profession. He was extremely knowledgeable about GMC and what they have to offer. The misunderstanding was my fault, but Brad squared it away. He didn’t let Jr’s insult ruin our interaction, customer service, or experience either. Brad is a straight shooter and doesn’t try to pull clever tricks or fake nice guy. He’s genuinely trying to sell a product that fits. We connected and it was so easy to work through the process. He gained some background from us on what we liked and didn’t like and subsequently pulled up a truck that was just perfect for us. As we worked through deal even Pierce came by for a couple of hand shakes as he saw us moving through the process of purchasing the truck. The finance manager also did his job well and we enjoyed working with him too. Stephen had someone newer with him who was shadowing him. He too was of the same cloth as Stephen. The entire team seemed so grounded and we surely connected on a variety of levels.
