Stop ignoring your customers!!! Purchase experience itself was fine. However, 2 days after purchase I noticed scratches all over the driver’s mirror and sent pictures to my sales rep Purchase experience itself was fine. However, 2 days after purchase I noticed scratches all over the driver’s mirror and sent pictures to my sales rep, Brad, who said someone would be in touch to discuss the issue. (The car stayed in the garage from the time of purchase until I noticed the scratches 2 days later as a big storm had just passed through the area.) I followed up with Brad multiple times, but no one ever got in touch with me. I tried directly contacting the community relations director about the issue but received no response. Customer service after purchase is sub par. If the dealership wants customers to return to make future purchases, ignoring them after they’ve just made their FIRST purchase will ensure they never come back. I will not return to buy a vehicle from this dealer. More
