I requested a Wrangler for a loaner (because I had always secretly wanted one but thought I was too old). They said my car would be finished the next day. During the night my daughter went into labor 2 weeks early in Chicago. I wanted to be there for the birth of my first granddaughter but my only means of transportation was a loaned car! I tried other options: plane, train, friends cars, etc. but nothing at 0200 in the morning was going to work. I couldn't get in touch with anyone at the dealership, so after much thought I took the car and drove to Chicago. I called the dealership the next morning and did not know what type of response to expect. To my surprise, Greg, the manager said, "No problem-just bring it back when you can". I stayed in Chicago for 3 days and brought it back immediately upon return to Belleville. Jason met me at the door with the keys to my car and exchanged cars without question. I went into the dealership not to look at a new vehicle, but to inquire about a used vehicle.
