I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Davidson Ford. Their unethical sales tactics are a clear example of bait-and-switch, and I would strongly advise against wasting your experience with Davidson Ford. Timeline of Events: 10:58 AM: I inquired about a specific vehicle to confirm its availability and the advertised price. Meg from the internet sales team reassured me that the vehicle was available and there were no hidden catches. 12:10 PM: I called to confirm the vehicle was still available and spoke with Ashley. She confirmed it was and assured me that the car would be prepped for a test drive as I was half an hour away. 12:25 PM: I received a text from Ashley, instructing me to ask for Matt in sales when I arrived, as he would have the vehicle ready. 12:38 PM: I walked through the door and was greeted by Matt, who immediately informed me that the vehicle I was interested in had just been sold. He then tried to sell me other vehicles, none of which were close to the advertised price. This entire experience was a monumental waste of my time. Davidson Ford's deceptive practices and lack of transparency have lost them a customer for life. I will never recommend them or step foot in their dealership again. More

I stopped at Davidson Ford to look at Explorers due to large inventory on lot. Dealership was large, very clean and seemed very organized. It took a day or two longer than it should due to my lack of preparedness and he was very patient with no pressure. Finance Rep Aaron made the paperwork portion of purchase clear, easy and quick. I've had my Explorer for a couple weeks now and love it. I'm also pleased with how I was treated by everyone I made contact with at Davidson Ford and have already recommended them to family and friends. More

I just received my 2024 Maverick pick up from Davidson ford and I couldn’t be happier. The truck drives like a car aand hits all the right notes! I had a great experience overall; I ordered my 2024 Maverick about 11 months before I received it due to Ford delay issues which I was aware of and not stressing. Mr. Matt Rupp was great to deal with, there was no pressure to change anything, and they did not waiver from the agreed upon price from when I ordered. I think Matt was great at getting back to me when I had questions. I do not believe it could have gone any easier on my part. I plant to order another one soon and will do it the same way. More
Well it's that time of year again when this dealership will start having their classic car meet ups and I need to post what they did with my classic car. I have a mustang gt that had a recall for an air b will start having their classic car meet ups and I need to post what they did with my classic car. I have a mustang gt that had a recall for an air bag. I made the unfortunate mistake of taking my little slice of heaven to this horrible dealship for the recall. Drove my car in with NO airbag light on the dash. Picked up my car about 5 minutes before the service department closed. Drove down the road about 3 miles and noticed that my airbag light was now ON on the dash. Drove back the next day and was told that they'd have to take the entire dashboard apart and that would cost me $317. Then they would have to find the problem. They said that it most likely would be the wiring harness and to fix that I'd be charged. Well, the wiring harness must have been fine when I brought it in and while they were in there taking care of the recall they screwed it up. I called Ford and got the run around because these jerks had already claimed their money for the recall fix. Needless to say that the airbag light is still on. Every year around their little classic car meet up and with the Nationals soon approaching I NEED to let you all know who and what these people are. BEWARE! If you have a classic or any car that you cherish stay as far away from this con shop as you possibly can!!!! See my review again next year. Screw me once and I WILL NOT let you do it to anyone else. Apparently because I was a woman they thought that I was some kind of a dummy. I've done thousands of repairs on cars and have done a lot of modifications on this car that I'm referring to. I DID NOT however ever take the dash apart or have ever been anywhere near the wiring harness that is connected to the airbag. I'm no dummy and from now until the day I die or this crappie place shuts down they will receive a review every year stating the above. Ok now on to a Google review and any other review sites that I can find. Please take my advice before you become their next victim More
