I scheduled an appointment to look at a specific vehicle, the internet customer service rep Rob told me that the vehicle would be transported overnight to be ready to go at the scheduled time of 9:00 AM. I t the internet customer service rep Rob told me that the vehicle would be transported overnight to be ready to go at the scheduled time of 9:00 AM. I told him I'd be coming from an hour away. In the morning, I arrived and the truck was not transported. If I wanted to see it I'd have to drive another 45 minutes. Davidson Ford does not seem to value my time. When politely telling the sales rep that it wasn't his fault, but these are the impacts on me for not having the truck here, he didn't listen, rather was muttering uncomfortably. Value your customers' time or they simply will go elsewhere. Have empathy when they are expressing their disappointment. More
