I don't believe in writing or posting negative reviews and I have never done so before, however after my last TWO disastrous experiences at Davis-Moore's service center, I feel it is imperative that I war and I have never done so before, however after my last TWO disastrous experiences at Davis-Moore's service center, I feel it is imperative that I warn others AGAINST bringing their vehicle to this service center! On both occasions I brought my Jeep in for a simple oil change / regular maintenance and drove away with a car that was in WORSE CONDITION than it was when I drove in. During each visit a mysterious ADDITIONAL PROBLEM was created. I was never given a sufficient explanation regarding HOW ALL OF THE SUDDEN my battery and back-up camera suddenly started to malfunction while in Davis-Moore's care. Again, both my battery and camera were working BEFORE I brought my car into the service center and I drove away distressed, angry, and disappointed because I suddenly have to contend with repairs for mysterious problems BOTH TIMES. While the shop manager was polite, he did nothing to solve the issue or KEEP ME AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER! Although I have brought my Jeep to Davis-Moore's service center since 2018, I will NEVER patronize that shop again and I suggest no one else does either! More

I first called and asked to speak to a salesman and was transferred to a man named Grant Leffler. After talking with him on the phone a few times and texting back and forth several days and sending him dozens of pictures of our trade (and I was very direct several times on exactly we needed for payment) we decided we were interested. Grant told me (after informing him of a few other dealers and the average value of our trade and our credit scores, etc) that it would be no problem at all to be within our payment range. He mentioned he talked to Ian Murdick and he said it wouldn’t be a problem and to bring our trade in. I mentioned several times to Grant to not waste our time and yank our chain if it wouldn’t work. My husband took a day off work and we headed the two hours to Wichita. After spending time with Andrew and Ian they said the payment price we would be in wasn’t even close and it was $150 a month more than Grant told us. The dealer offered to put gas in our vehicle for our trouble so they could clear their conscious. The fact remains that they have “sales people” who aren’t even at the dealership and are located in another building to operate a call center, of sorts, and they will tell you anything at all to get you in the door. This dealer has hundreds of cars on the lot and they couldn’t even come close to the price we wanted. Both my husband and I felt scammed and conned and we wasted an entire evening, not to mention the day he took off work. The real kicker for me was Ian mentioned it was a “miscommunication problem” and they tried to just dust it under a rug and politely escort us out the door. There was no miscommunication at all. They simply did not care to lie about anything as long as we visited their lot. These big auto dealers do not care about their customers and only care about their bottom dollar and they certainly do not care that their business is deceiving customers. More
