FOR EXCELLENT SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION - THIS IS THE PLACE TO VISIT. I have been in touch with them since over a week trying to get the best deal they had to offer me on the Nissan Altima and they did meet my expectations. Even if it wasn't the president's sale they still beat their price from Curry Nissan, Berterra Nissan and Middletown Nissan. The customer service was phenomenal. Very down to earth staff and easy to work with. They also offered me a very good fair market value price for my trade in compared to other dealers l listed earlier.

It's definitely a place where you can trust them and complete a smooth purchase. I am excited to go today and pick up my vehicle.

I had a wonderful experience today at decormier Nissan. I wad greeted by glenn sawyer who helped me in every way possible to leave with the car I wanted. He went above and beyond making sure I received the best customer service and in a fast manner. I couldn't be more happy with my new car and the entire experience today. Thank you to glenn and Jeff for helping get me approved for my loan so i can now enjoy my beautiful new Nissan. They both provided great customer service today and I left with a huge smile knowing I was driving away with a great deal. I wholeheartedly recommend DeCormier Nissan to anyone looking for a new or used Nissan. I was warmly greeted by Calvin. He was very thorough in explaining the features of the new Altima. I did my homework ahead of time, and he got me a fair price on my new car and a good value for my trade-in. My financing was arranged at the dealership, and they managed to match the low rate that I had previously arranged through my credit union, along with an additional $500 rebate. I had been putting off buying a new car for a long time, but these guys made it a great experience. I highly recommend them.

The Friendly atmosphere from everyone in the showroom from the receptioness to all the salesman and Managers acknowledging that you were in the office.

Raul was our Sales Consultant, he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we had without having to go and check or look it up. It is very refreshing to deal with someone that takes pride in their work and that is what Raul does.

My wife and I just took delivery of a new 2013 Altima SV and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Our sales consultant was Raul Lopez, who I would argue, is probably one of the best sales consultants we've ever worked with and we've worked with many! He was cognizant of the fact that we were both purchasing the car not just me, directing his comments to both of us. He was knowledgeable in the new vehicle's features, worked with us in getting the best deal on both the new and trade vehicles and took the time at delivery to thoroughly demonstrate and explain the features of the new Altima. Coming from an '05' 2.5S to the '13'SV with all the technology upgrades is exciting as well as overwhelming but Raul walked us through all this with great patience. As a result we experienced first hand why he has earned many sales awards over the 9 yrs he has been with the dealership, he truly is exceptional.
Also of note is the way we were treated by Glenn Sawyer the general sales mgr and Eric Meyers the Business mgr. At no time did we ever feel pressured to purchase anything we didn't want or feel that we were getting a raw deal on either the new car's price or the trade-in allowance. As a matter of fact we believe we did very well based upon all the research done prior to visiting the dealership. In my estimation this is the way car buying should be, hassle free; non-confrontational; being treated fairly and walking away satisfied that you got a great deal! I had a wonderful experience at Decormier. I recently leased an Altima and not only did they give me the best price in the state (after visiting Countyline, Barberino, and Middletown Nissan), but they also upgraded me to the better version of the car, the 20th Anniversary Limited Edition for a way better price. They are the best around and aren't pushy! That's the one thing I was looking for. They are good people trying to make an honest living and I am very satisfied with my decision to lease from Decormier Nissan in Manchester, CT.

I've been dealing with Decormier for the past four plus years. There definitely my Nissan dealer of choice. The overall atmosphere of the dealership is friendly, warm and welcoming. Normally, after the purchase of a vehicle, you keep distance between you and the service department! I must say Decormier is an exception to the rule. The entire service staff has been committed to doing a complete thorough job. Pricing can always be better.... But, overall fare! Keep up the good work. I will continue to refer potential customers. Purchased a Titan from Matt D. This was the most hassle free car purchase I have ever experienced. Low pressure and high level of product knowledge. Just what I wanted.
After the purchase I brought it in for service where I was checked in by Bill P. Quick turnaround. I was treated courteously and professionally. Really like the personal touch.
