I have used there service department for mostly general maintenance with no issues or complaints. This particular time I was returning a lease and leasing a new Chevy Traverse. I worked with Pam during this lease and she was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable in answering all my questions. She responded to all my emails and phone calls in a timely manner. She gave me the information, pricing and time that I needed to make my decision. Over all I am completely satisfied with this dealership and will continue to return in the future. More

SERVICE IS TERRIBLE This place is horrendous. I went to go get my 2009 BMW 328i fixed as it was having some issues, when I would accelerate between 30mph to 40mph the who This place is horrendous. I went to go get my 2009 BMW 328i fixed as it was having some issues, when I would accelerate between 30mph to 40mph the whole car would start to shake. I took my car to Defouw BMW a total of two times and ended up with the same result: my car not being fixed. The first time I took it in, they had my car for around 5 days and they charged me 700 dollars to fix the problem. The day I picked it up, there were new scratches to the back end of my car and the break light was stuck on my dash. As I was driving home from Defouw's, I noticed that the shaking did not stop at all. So I called them again and went back 1 week later to figure out what went wrong. I went on a test drive with one of the workers and when we were done, he talked to Steve (the guy who has been in charge of my car the first time) and talked about the transmission having a problem. They told me that they did not know what was wrong with my car and that they just know that there is a problem with the front of the car (not even telling me that it was the transmission). I asked them why they charged me 700 dollars to fix my car the first time and they just said that they made a mistake in what the problem was. I couldn't get my 700 dollars back or even an apology. I left my car for around 2 weeks in order for them to fix my car, but all they did was call me and tell me that they didn't know what the problem is and that it has to do with the transmission somehow. They used up all my gas, put more warning sign lights on my dashboard (I still do not know what they mean), drove 90+ miles on my car, charged me 100 dollars, took my car for 2 weeks AND STILL DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM, in fact: THEY MADE IT WORSE. My car now shakes every time I accelerate (this started the moment I picked it up from Defouw). This place is terrible, I will never come back. I told them my concerns with all this and STEVE was rude and did not do anything, not even an apology. NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHEATED!!! More

I brought it up to them and they said well the carpet cleaner is green. well the xxxx on my floor board is red...so they lied about that, we ended up having to pay half of the heater core, because it was out of date from when i bought the vehicle..... I got it back and got it home and noticed my 6 CD player doesn't work. So I called them back and the salesman told me to bring it in so he could look at it, because the tech wasn't going to be in....idk what he thought he was going to do, he just told me what i already knew. so he apparently called his boss and his boss said there was nothing they could do...my boyfriend knows somebody that works there and we were talking to him....and i see the tech that worked on my car. AFTER the fact the salesman lied to me AGAIN. So the tech went and looked at it brought it back to me and said there was nothing they can do. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE.......I will not go back. I understand things break but DO NOT LIE about it..... More

Last time that I visited Bill Defouws Chevrolet was in 1973 when I purchased a Brand New Chevrolet Scottsdale 4 wheel drive pickup truck. I Loved this truck and was treated excellent on my purchase from 1973 when I purchased a Brand New Chevrolet Scottsdale 4 wheel drive pickup truck. I Loved this truck and was treated excellent on my purchase from this dealer ship. Well now it’s been 40 years and I seen this 2013 Ford Escape that caught my attention, so I stopped in and I met a sales man named Dave Lucas and he was very helpful and answered me on all the Questions that I had on this SUV. Well we came to a price that one does when buying a car and so I made this purchase. Well Dave really did his part in making this traction very friendly and knowledgeable. When we went to pick up this SUV it was detailed just like new because he knew that what we expected in this purchase. He spent extra time to explain all the aspects of operating this on board SUV Computer. Very Helpful Sales Man. Have now purchase two BMWs at this dealer with Dan Kurko. First was a Certified Pre-Owned and second was a new lease. Yes, I bought a BMW from here and got burned on taxes twice. Dealer didn't inform me and basically told me tough luck. I have dealt with several BMW stores and this is by far the WORST service i have eve twice. Dealer didn't inform me and basically told me tough luck.
