I was recently made aware DeHaven offered vehicle detailing and dent removal. My car was done in one day and I was very impressed with the results, especially given the very competitive price. I liked how my car was serviced. What I didn’t like was I didn’t hear from anyone about my car until I called. My appointment was at 9:15 am. I dropped off my car the night before. It was 12:30 pm and no one had called me to let me know what was wrong with my car until I called. At that time, my car hadn’t been looked at yet. I was told by Kevin that he would check with the mechanics and give me a call back. Kevin called back about 30 minutes later to let me know what the problem was and that it would be fixed in about an hour. I feel like if I hadn’t called when I did, my car would’ve continued to sit there. It shouldn’t have taken three hours to look at my car with a 9:15 am appointment. More
