I had no plans on buying a car today, after a little while she managed to get me to buy one. Gina was very friendly and helpful, no pressure, no haggle . The thing I hate most is the loan people, but Gina spared me as much as possible from having to deal with them.. All in all it turned out to be a pleasant ,thanks to Gina and a very nice loan lady. I ended up being sent home in my vehicle barely running.I called the dealership and notified dave as soon as I felt the car running badly. I then brought the vehicle back the following day to have repairs done and to fix the issue they created while having my car to do a recall repair I was then told by the gentleman named Dave that I would have to leave my vehicle overnight in order for them to have time to look at it because they had other customers at the time the day before I spent $558 and was a customer before any of the other people the following day my vehicle was given to me running improperly I feel that my vehicle being fixed should have been first priority because the issue occurred from your company's improper job therefore I ended up taking my vehicle elsewhere and having 1800 dollars worth of maintenance done to it and will not ever go to the deland Chrysler dealerships for further business More

Then the service girl tells me I need a new fuel cap for 30$ I said no thank you. the following day I go to put fuel in my truck and its rejecting the fuel. So I look into it and find that my fuel vent line might be clogged. The next day after work I decide to get under my truck and blow out the vent line. It wasn't clearing so I followed the vent line to the gas tank and sure enough I see a pair of vice grips pinching the VENT line. Now how would that all of a sudden get there? I know the tech John clamped them on so I would have to come back and have him install a new fuel cap that I really didn't need. I just wonder how many other people they do this to? I would stay far away from this dealership and especially theyre service dept. More
I purchased my vehicle, in 2008. It is a Jeep Liberty. When I bought my Jeep, I was shown several vehicles that would suit my needs. Because of the great treatment I received, I continue to go to Hurley When I bought my Jeep, I was shown several vehicles that would suit my needs. Because of the great treatment I received, I continue to go to Hurleys, for all my maintenance. It was nice to deal with people who understood me, a single senior woman. I have and will continue to recommend this dealership to others. If I was in need of another vehicle for myself, I would go straight to Hurleys. More
I have a 98 chrysler concorde. I had the computer in the car replaced with a used one by another repair shop but was told i had to bring it to a Chrysler dealer to have it programmed. I brough it here and car replaced with a used one by another repair shop but was told i had to bring it to a Chrysler dealer to have it programmed. I brough it here and was told it wold be $89.95. Got a call from them that the computer was bad and ot needed new coils also with an $1100.00 est. to fix it. I declined and had the car towed back to my house. Once here i opened the hood a nd the coils were disconnected. I reconnected them myself and for curiosity tried starting the car. It started right up and has been running great for months now. If i would of listened to Hurley i would of been scammed out of $1100.00 More
