Unfair service I was going through my insurance company and the process was so bad that I had to switch to a different body shop. Ron wouldn’t input a estimate adjus I was going through my insurance company and the process was so bad that I had to switch to a different body shop. Ron wouldn’t input a estimate adjustment to my insurance company. He said we never do that with Allstate and the claim adjuster at Allstate say we always do this and doesn’t know why Ron would say that. So I just had to switch body shops and pay $135 to the dealership and you guys didn’t even do anything. More

Good work but Everyone is friendly and the work is good. My problem is I came in for an oil change and watched as 5 people came in after me and all were serviced an Everyone is friendly and the work is good. My problem is I came in for an oil change and watched as 5 people came in after me and all were serviced and left and I still waited another 20min before my GMC, that I bought at Nissan, was ready. Just seemed that I was treated as a last priority because I didn’t have a Nissan. More

I called back couple days later and the service person was not there but no one else could assist. I said the only person can assist my service is finished with service writer. Unable to schedule the service I was supposed to of been repaired to Service schedule appointments to go. The service that was scheduled was not performed. Issue Needed parts And the other she was never addressed. I was told they would do it when I brought it back for the third time.. Someone from service called but I was on able to talk at the moment and requested a call back. No one called back. I called back couple days later and the service person was not there but no one else could assist. I said the only person can assist my service is the initial service writer. Unable to reschedule the service that should’ve been repaired two scheduled services prior. The service person I spoke with Saturday morning was useless and unprofessional. I do not remember his name. He was blaming it on the person that was not present, all the papers are locked in her drawer and I cannot get to them. Not happy with the situation. This is very unfortunate, the owner of Deland Nissan has always been very helpful to me and my family with this purchase and with Service Department. More
Keep a Careful Check Very polite, but missed some things: Broken driver's visor not repaired as requested and the switch for oil change not reset. I since had to drive over 600 miles being constantly reminded to change oil and filter which was just done. Also the annoying visor flopping in the way. I will not be back in the area for several weeks. Very disappointed. More
