I did not purchase my vehicle from Clear Lake, but I do service my vehicle there and will buy my next vehicle there because of the way the Service Department has treated me. They do a good job all of the time and are cheaper than everywhere else. I know all of the people inside and they are very nice. More

I drive 35 miles each way to get to this dealership - so it's certainly not for the convenience. However, I started noticing that something was different in the service department about 6 months after I bought my 2014 CX-5, which coincides with the time that Mr. Stookey became service manager. Every time I go in now, they quote a price and then at the end add another $100-150 in fees, shop supplies, taxes, etc. I always ask if the quoted price is comprehensive and they tell me yes, but then add on at the end. Sometimes they will credit about half of it back off and sometimes not. I've had them tell me I needed new tires when I had less than 10,000 miles on the set they had put on 8 months previously. They tell me my car will be ready in 2 to 3 hours, and then they spend 6 hours on it, and still don't get all the work done. It has gone steadily downhill, and now it is a place I definitely cannot trust. They lie to me more than they tell me the truth in recent months. I'm actively looking for a better dealership, but it's not an easy thing to find. I'm starting to think this may be a corporate culture within Mazda. More

I have known Dustin from the day I purchased my vehicle. Dustin goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. Recently I had some things that I noticed when I had taken my vehicle recently for regular service . I called Dustin and spoke to him. He asked me to schedule another appointment to come-in to take a look. He made sure all my needs were taken care of and got his team to do a great job once again. He always makes his customer leave with full satisfaction. More

Very slow, unhelpful and incredibly rude My wife purchased a Mazda 3 at this dealership in 2014 and we've regretted it every single time we come in for service. To start, we receive oil chang My wife purchased a Mazda 3 at this dealership in 2014 and we've regretted it every single time we come in for service. To start, we receive oil changes on a regular schedule to honor their policy (so we can continue to receive them free). Every oil change appointment, yes I schedule a real time appointment with them, takes at LEAST 2 hours. Do not attempt to call their service counter to get an appointment, you will be put on hold and dropped multiple times. A simple oil change that you can get anywhere else in 20 minutes takes them a minimum of 2 hours. My main issue with this dealership is when I brought it in for service on the info-nav. It was out of Mazda warranty by 2 months. They refused to service it even though the screen was cracked on the inside and we had purchased the extended warranty (do not purchase, they are as unhelpful as the dealer). They service personnel then stated that he's only seen it damaged this way twice. Once when a small child threw an object and hit it. The other time was when an abusive boyfriend punched it. His tone and manner was insinuating that I had to fit one of his two scenarios. I have reported them directly to Mazda, the BBB and now on review sites. Heed my terrible experiences and go to another dealership. More
