I like Tony. He was a serious about my new car purchase as I was. He was real, personable, and I quickly developed trust in him. I would send my friends to Tony to buy any car. I already told one of my friends looking at buying a SUbaru to go talk to Tony before they buy anything.

Our experience with Carl Schaeffer was exceptional. Carl was personable and informative. Carl answered every question we had before we even asked it. The most impressive thing he did was to go over every single aspect of our new car. Carl even set up the Bluetooth feature and took the extra time to enter our call lists so we would not have to fool with it later. I can't say enough about Carl Schaeffer, he is so professional yet so down to earth. By the way, we love our new Passat too. Thanks Dean Team!

The rating I gave what I felt was right I was greeted by Jim Happe, I told him I was looking for a new car and was thinking about the Jetta he took me on the lot and gave me a tour and I found the perfect Jetta, we later went back into the office to talk about numbers but Jim had a appointment with another client and glady turned me to Carl Schaeffer we talked about warranty and price and I felt very satified with my purchase and also after a couple days of owning the car, Jim calls me time to time and asks me how is it going, if there is any problem let me know i really appericate that

We recently purchased a 2013 Subaru Outback from Dean Team Subaru Volkswagon. Everyone we worked with, sales manager Matt Kuhn, sales rep Pete Ostlund, and finance manager Rick Richard were all very personable, professional, and easy to work with. We didn't feel pressured to make a purchase and when it came to determining price and value of our trade-in, they were willing to work with us. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we would recommend this dealership and the people we worked with to our friends and family.

This is the 4th VW I have bought/leased with this dealership. I have been happy each time. Dustin is a great guy to work with...makes the experience painless and without stress. He works with your best interest in mind. I have "tried" other dealerships, but always come back to Dustin and the Ballwin Dean Team. We brought our 2007 VW Jetta in for it's 100,000 maintenance. We also asked them to check the AC and give it the state emissions and safety inspection. They were ready for us when we dropped it off early in the morning, called promptly after locating the AC problem and were willing to work with the Car Warranty company that we had an extended contract with. The car was ready by the end of the day. Jeff was willing to accept and apply a VW coupon which we had received in the mail and that saved us $93.00. Our only minor disappointment was that the printer in the shop was not working that day for us to get the emissions inspection report, so we will need to bring the car back another day to complete the inspection. That is a minor inconvenience when you are treated so well in every other way.

We just bought a used voltzwagon from Carl at dean team ballwin and so far have been extremely satisfied with the service. He even called the next day to thank us again for the purchase and update us on our ordered paint. Very on top of it and helpful. Would definitely go back if we were in the need for another vehicle.
