I recently purchased a used 2010 Nissan Rogue at Dedham Auto Mall for the first time and my experience with sales, finance, and service was amazing! Starting from the minute I walked in the door I was greeted by Mr. Cooper in sales who couldn't have been more relaxed and set a stress free environment. Finance helped me get the loan and price I was looking for -again stress free! Service helped me with tire problems and got me 4 brand new tires!! Overall a great experience!

I came in to check out the Honda Odysseys on the web and the lot. Charles Cooper was the sales agent who worked with me as we perused what was available, found a van to my liking, took a test drive, and then negotiated the terms of the sale. Charles was a pro and a gentleman throughout. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient as we went through a rigorous negotiation process. At the end of the day, I bought a van that I really like at a price that was reasonable. Overall.....a very good experience. I highly recommend Dedham Auto Mart and Charles Cooper.

Mark has been very helpful from the beginning. He showed us a couple of good cars and he provided many tips for us like buying a 5-year warranty. The price was reasonable, but not the cheapest :) . I would recommend this place to my friends.

Mark was hands down the best car salesman I have ever experienced. He was very professional and friendly, along with not being your typical car salesman. He didn't push you into a car, like most salesman do. He let me decide, but also helped me get into the car of my dreams. I purchased a 2010 Mercedes C300, and it was a very smooth process. I was in and out in the matter of an hour or so.

Overall, I highly recommend this dealership; you will not leave feeling like you were pushed or exhausted with sitting at the dealership all day.
