Apparently I don't learn very quickly. Today was my third terrible experience with the Deery Brothers family of dealers. First time I went to look at a Honda Pilot that had "no issues". When I got there you could see the hail damage down half the vehicle, there was pet hair buried in the carpet, and apparently the previous owners dogs had destroyed all the weather stripping on the doors. Second time was a Subaru Outback that I again asked very specific questions about the condition before I drove to see it. There was not one panel on the car that didn't have some kind of paint or body issue, and the B pillars were rusty on both sides. Today I went to pick up a Mazda CX5 that I knew had some issues, but I felt like the price was good enough to take a chance. Had a purchase agreement written up by the dealer and borrowed the money from my bank. Drove 45 minutes to pick it up and the told me there was an issue because someone was out test driving it. I figured it was an honest mistake so I told them we would wait and then give them the check. They clarified that since these other people were test driving, If they wanted to purchase the car they could. I lost it and said some choice words as we walked out the door. 15 minutes later I got a text saying there was a mix up and the other people didn't take the car. Would I come back? xxxx no. It's poetic justice and I hope you lose money on the sale of what was likely a turd anyway. I don't know what has happened to dealerships in the country but I feel like the con artists at Deery are the rule more than the exception. More

Very good communication about vehicle we purchased explained the new features as well as helping us set up our Bluetooth. Our experience with each department was excellent our new vehicle was checked over and ready to go when we arrived. I was very pleased with the easygoing and pleasant experience in buying our new vehicle. I expect that if we need anything in the future, this is the place we’ll depend on. Drove 18 hours from FL for my perfect truck and trade in my old one. They made it extremely easy and communicated with me about everything so when I got there I was out of there fast. Joe was great. Cannot schedule an oil change? so you don't know if it will take you 1/2 an hour or 4 hours. Means you will need to alot an entire day for an oil change. Two oil changes on my RAM and they are not thorough in service, don't check other fluids etc. Impossible to schedule a service. Tried to schedule a recall service and they initially only had dates 3 weeks out, so I had to check my calendar. called them back and they routed me through two other people then the call went to voice mail. It's like they don't want to service my vehicle. Truth is since they are the only dealer for RAM trucks in the area there is no competition so it's not important to them to provide me with good service. More
Originally was pretty happy with Deery, then 3 months after my daughter got her used car, on her way to her first oil change, the car breaks down. It ended up needing a new engine. I went to Derry and was extremely polite, explaining the situation and seeing if there was any way to make it right. Manager showed up with the paperwork that said "as is" before he even talked to me. I get it, we bought it "as is" no problem, just figured a dealership wouldn't want a reputation of not taking care of their customers. I had offered a couple creative solutions one was to allow my daughter to make payments yo them for thevrepai, or for us yo buy parts and they covered labor. Manager said he would get back to me, I kind of figured that was just to get me to leave, it was, never heard back from him. This company had no intention of making it right AT ALL. More
