I have purchased four vehicles at Deery Brothers since 2010. The customer service, knowledge of the vehicle, patience, communicarion skills, friendliness, and professionalism was outstanding. I have never experienced such a complete "package" of a team of employees truly caring about or for a customer. I never felt pressured. In fact the whole experience looking and eventually buying was fun, relaxing, and exciting.

The service department is another area that has always been simply outstanding. I have never been to a dealership that literally bends over backwards to make something right. Warren Humphrey, in particular, has stood out everytime I come in for service. For over three years I have been working with him. He returns calls promptly with answers to my questions and will always make the time to look over my vehicle and give me a professional and knowledgeable answer as to what needs to be done or not done. Honesty and integrity mean a lot to me and I can always see that in a person immediately. Warren has that quality about him.

I haven't even begun to praise the rest of the staff. They are so well-trained, so friendly, always smiling. The bottom line with Deery Brothers is the team factor, those that greet, answer the phone, call me to see if everything is what I expected, stop and say hi while I'm waiting for my vehicle in the waiting room. It's going the extra mile to make customers happy and satisfied. The staff do that and I thank them for always having a positive experience when I visit the dealership.

Steven is all about taking care of you from the time you step out of your car until the time you step into your new car. He does what he says he's going to do. He makes sure you are comfortable, your questions answered and that he is availble if you need him anytime down the road. He makes buying a new truck very easy.

Everyone was friendly and very proffessional. Steve was vary courtious and straight forward. The car was ready on time, the transaction went quick and smooth,the whole experience was one of the better car buying experiences I have had.I would buy from them again, and espeacially from Steve.

I have bought 3 vehicles from curtis and I have to say , he has taken care of me and any needs 110%. Curtis Uthe went above and beyond to clearly determine our car-buying needs, and then he was very flexible about us test-driving the two vehicles that best fit our criteria. Once we made a decision, Curtis did a great job of exploring various options for financing and ultimately arranged a great deal for us.

The staff was friendly and very adaptive to our needs. We wanted a car that had certain features and they found that car at another dealership. We had to use the trade in for work for the next four days, as a traveling merchandisers and they didn't say anything about the extra miles. Very descriptive about the features on our new car. We were impressed.

What a wonderful experience, both times we've been (and purchased) from Deery Brothers. This last time in particular, Steven found the vehicle that fit everything on our wish list...Curtis handled the financing, and Gary went through all of the paperwork with us. All of this while our two young children played in their "favorite indoor play area." Customer service could not have been better; with coffee and the guys checking in on us for anything we needed while the financing process finalized. One could not go to a better place when looking to buy/trade a vehicle. Once everything was finalized and kids got to ride our 'new' truck...they felt they had gotten a second Christmas. I recently had my my car get totalled by a city plow. so i was in the market for a new car, and did not have a lot of time to be looking around.
After looking at Fusions on the ford Web Site i "built one" and had it sent to Deery Bros.

Scot promply replied back to my internet request with dricing and details.
I went in that Saturday un-announced (was doing test drives of other models), and spoke with Scot, and actully id a test drive that morning.

We talked some more about what features and colors I wanted, they did not have one on the lot, but did a dealer transfer and i was on the road with my new Fusion SE, in a matter of days.

To whom it may concern Two years ago I purchased my Infiniti G35 from Steven Peacock, I dreaded the process of purchasing a vehicle so much that I kept my run down car for over 11 years. My experience was so wonderful, I felt Steven knew exactly what I was looking for. I recently decided a second vehicle with a bit more room was necessary and called Steven who surprised me by finding a Ford Escape that was above and beyond my expectations. Buying a car is a huge purchase and the professional, no pressure, honest approach Steven takes is refreshing!!! I have other friends I have referred to Steven and they too have had the same experience, which means a lot to me! I will never purchase a vehicle from anyone else. I had an excellent experience with Deery. As a college student and two and half hours away from home, I was very panicked when my car wouldn't work. Nick was very helpful and friendly as I called the dealership about ten times in a panic. I don't know anything about cars, so that's why I say the price is "OK" but the overall experience was awesome!
