Took our new truck to the service dept. but not all the work was done that was promised. Had to go back a second time. Over the last 10/15 years I have purchased 5 vehicles from Dellen..... My last two transactions with them have been anything but exceptional. Not to mention they were supposed to get me a loaner car beca from Dellen..... My last two transactions with them have been anything but exceptional. Not to mention they were supposed to get me a loaner car because my SUV was in the shop under warranty mind you. The day I was supposed to leave I never heard anything from the service department. Wound up calling my business partner instead of me and the loaner wound up being completely useless as I had to get another vehicle to complete business functions. Thanks Drew. From Disinterested service techs to extremely cocky and aloof salesmen The level of arrogance and disrespect that radiates off of these guys is beyond disrespectful. The manager from the Chrysler side and the GM side are 2 of the most unprofessional "Leaders" I've been dealt with. They're not even remotely interested in taking care of their tenured customers. I stood in the lobby and listened to the sales guys talk about how they just sold an egg of a vehicle to one of their customers and laugh about it. There is no way in this world I will ever take anything there for repair, we will never purchase, and I will never recommend this dealership to anyone! Fact of the matter is I will go out of my way to steer people as far away from these crooks as possible. I cannot begin to tell you how I was treated by the sales representative that replaced the gentleman I have worked with for the last 10 to 12 years. Arrogant and cocky completely uninterested. I guess because I was in my work clothes he didn't think I had $30,000 cash in my pocket to spend. Do yourself a favor and go to Andy Moore or any other Chevy dealership in the state of indiana.
