a pleasure to deal with i usually NEVER take the time to try out multiple vehicles prior to purchase. My wife said, go out and try all the vehicles in the class of vehicle y i usually NEVER take the time to try out multiple vehicles prior to purchase. My wife said, go out and try all the vehicles in the class of vehicle you want and make an educated decision. I went to multiple dealerships including Lexus, Infinity, Alpha Romeo, Cadillac, Mercedes and finally Acura. We have a small local dealership here in Delray Beach and i walked in. I spoke with Ron Hirsch and he was delightful. Ron was forthcoming and very sincere. We took the vehicle out for a test drive and he went through a very thorough explanation of the feature set of the Acura TLX Tech. I decided on the vehicle and the dealership based on Ron's overall attitude. Funny thing, I am in sales and i actually walked out of one dealership because the sales person tried to HARD CLOSE me...cardinal sin. Ron's team was extremely helpful and when i went back to pick up my vehicle, he spent almost an hour going over the entire feature set to ensure that i knew how to operate everything. Would I go back to the dealership, absolutely and i would deal with Ron again!!! BY THE WAY...great question to ask any car sales person, "What don't YOU like about this vehicle?" Ron's comments about the TLX were that, "the vehicle is too small for someone with my frame" so i went with the larger SUV. Thank you Ron More
