Derek introduced my husband and I to our sales representative, Irwin Baker who was absolutely outstanding, professional, extremely knowledgeable and made for a totally wonderful and relaxing non-pressured experience of purchasing a new car. Irwin was attentive, courteous, well informed in every aspect of the RDX and the dealership and had great instincts in helping us make the right choice. My husband was most interested in Certified Pre-Owned and I wanted a Showroom Floor new RDX. Irwin explained what a Pre-Owned entailed to include the warranty and test drive and also attended to my wants of a new RDX to include the Technology package. Irwin you went above & beyond to make certain that all of our needs were met and that we were fully satisfied with the purchase. As a customer who had a lot of questions, it was quite refreshing to interact with a sales executive such as yourself who was well versed on the vehicle and who also was eager to answer and satisfy all of my questions and concerns. I was delighted to experience a reputable salesman who delivered and finished the deal. During this process Irwin made sure we met another sales manager named Eric and Claudia Lopez-Cepero Cintron, the Finance Manager who was prompt and super efficient in preparing/signing all the paperwork so that when we pick up our vehicle at our earliest convenience everything would already be completed. Mind you this all took place on a Saturday night and none of staff ever complained or made us feel uncomfortable because of the time of the transaction. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Irwin and would recommend both him and the dealership to anyone looking for an excellent automobile. In a world where we don’t always have the best experience in a car dealership, this was exceptional.
