Purchased a F350 from Aaron Dekema. Lots of lies and cover up. Not until after I had the truck delivered from Michigan to Louisiana did I find out that there were multiple covered up ac Lots of lies and cover up. Not until after I had the truck delivered from Michigan to Louisiana did I find out that there were multiple covered up accidents both front and back and apparently the roof was very poorly repaired as well. None of these things were in the listing. Had to replace enormous amounts of rust over time that Aaron claimed were not there. Very dishonest place. More

We walked into a beautiful clean and friendly facility. Our Salesman, Dion, was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with. We are new to the Subaru brand but feel a part of the family already! Every step of the process was handled with professionalism and pride in their brand. Dion spent nearly 45 Min. after we had made the purchase to make sure my wife was totally comfortable with all the new features and how to apply them. He helped her pair her phone to the vehicle and answered every question we had. I would recommend them at the highest level for any and all of your car buying needs. A+++. The car buying process can be daunting and quite frustrating at times. Fox Subaru, Dion and the whole team made it a pleasure. More

Brought 16 forester in on 10-28-21 to get work on ignition switch. Worked with James Lynch, when in to set up appointment, James came out to take pictures of car.Trailer hitch was stolen! My vehicle was trashed while in there for a tire repair. I wrote on Google with a rating too. I sent the rating to the attention of the GM who did not even write a response. All my papers on the passenger seat were disrupted, my hat and mask were on the floor. Two heavy delivery carts in the backseat were rammed against both front seats. Now today I find a grease mark on my dash that cannot be removed. It is my opinion that in their privacy while they drive vehicles out the back where you cannot see them they can treat you vehicle badly. In my incident I seen my vehicle arrive at the front with another vehicle identical to mine arrive at the front at the same time. They both got out of the vehicles at the same time. Raced to the front in my opinion. I cannot trust them. When they have your vehicle in their possession they have no respect for it. Who knows what they do to other peoples vehicles too. I cannot trust them. More
