Rude Salesman My husband and I stopped by this dealership this morning to look at used SUVs. When the sales person came out we told him what we were interested in a My husband and I stopped by this dealership this morning to look at used SUVs. When the sales person came out we told him what we were interested in and in what price range. Since they don't put prices on their used vehicles, we asked him the prices on 3 we were interested in. After giving us the price on the 3rd one - he told us we needed to figure out what we wanted before he could help us anymore. It was a ridiculous comment. He had literally been chatting with us for less than 10 and we did tell him what we wanted - he was rude and not helpful. We promptly left the lot - and he barely said goodbye to us even though my husband said goodbye to him. I've bought a lot of cars in my life and have never been treated this rudely. We are buying a USED car for our 16 year old - but what he didn't know is we also want a NEW Jeep Wrangler. Since he didn't want to chat or deal with us - they will not get our business on a new Wrangler or even a used car. More

Went online Friday to find out about a used truck on the lot and was told tha I have purchased many new cars and this was probably my best experience. Went online Friday to find out about a used truck on the lot and was told that they could deal. Tom responded that evening to ask about my online experience and I told him the same. We emailed a few times over the weekend and decided to go in Monday. Sat down with Tom and we got to the point. About 3 hours later the deal was done and I left as a happy customer. When my wife is ready for a new car we will definitely go back and ask for Tom. Thanks Tom! More
