Josh explained all the option on the Jeep I drove and answered all my questions without making me feel like he was just telling me what I wanted to hear. Great experience Kent was a great salesperson. I told him what I wanted on line and he pulled 5 options for me to review prior to visit. When I arrived Saturday he Kent was a great salesperson. I told him what I wanted on line and he pulled 5 options for me to review prior to visit. When I arrived Saturday he greeted me promptly and started showing the vehicles. He was patient and answered all my questions, even indulged me with pulling a challenger to test drive when I was looking at Grand Cherokees. Tire pressure This is my first time with CCJDR of Denton. My tire pressure warning light came on and would not reset. They were able to reset with no cost to me. Wh This is my first time with CCJDR of Denton. My tire pressure warning light came on and would not reset. They were able to reset with no cost to me. When I took possession of my vehicle and drove it about 10 mins they warning light came back on. Bobby told me to bring back the next day - they found the front tire pressure sensor was bad. I told Bobby I did have a service contract and he called to see if it was covered and it was with a small deductible. YAY! More
