We walked into the dealership knowing exactly where we wanted to be as far as payments went and what type of vehicle we wanted after our dream truck was involved in a total loss accident. With online pricing and todays car buying experience, most dealers are fairly up front with fees and discounts, though you need to ask and the final price does vary between dealerships. I am an engineer, spreadsheets are involved, numbers are my thing :). I submitted online, knowing what I wanted, so I needed the out the door price that I would pay for the vehicle. I spoke with Keith at Classic. He listened to what I wanted and sent me an offer that morning, honest, no nonsense. I picked up the car that afternoon. I was given great service by our salesmen Tim Donahue and Josh Spring. They helped me find the jeep that would be best for her and made the sales process easy. After the purchase they helped me set up a surprise by decorating it in the showroom. I brought her to look at jeeps and after a test drive from the lot they guided her into the showroom to "show her one more". Needless to say it was a very happy surprise for her. Remarkable Customer Experience! My wife and I stopped by the dealership about an hour before closing and had the pleasure of working with 2 sales people, Josh Spring and Jacob Spring My wife and I stopped by the dealership about an hour before closing and had the pleasure of working with 2 sales people, Josh Spring and Jacob Springer. The whole process was a comfortable experience. The sales guy found the exact vehicle we were looking to purchase and drove 120 miles to retrieve it. They made us feel like family. Overall good experience Overall not a bad experience, I stopped by with my wife around 2PM on a Saturday and ended up leaving at 6PM (closing time) as we were still waiting t Overall not a bad experience, I stopped by with my wife around 2PM on a Saturday and ended up leaving at 6PM (closing time) as we were still waiting to talk with the finance guy (It was fairly busy). My sales rep (Josh) and finance manager (James) were both very friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions. I got a call back from James with the numbers the following Monday afternoon then arrived around 530PM after deciding to buy the Jeep. Overall good experience but again had to wait a good bit and didn't get home until 830PM. With that said, I would recommend to friends and family, but spending 7 hours at a dealership to buy a car is a bit much. More
