I made an appointment to get my headlights adjusted. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time, and was told it would take 45 minutes to complete the service. In reality, it took more than TWO HOURS arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time, and was told it would take 45 minutes to complete the service. I had my tires replaced on my Mazda CX9. The quoted price was $198 per tire. The price billed was $140 per tire because their supplier gave them a discount. They could have kept the discount and I would never have known. This is the 1st time I can ever remember the actual price I paid for service being less that the quoted price. This amazing culture of integrity at Classic will certainly bring me back. More
