Love this dealership for their Service Center. As a Nurse working the hours I do it is difficult to get in for an oil change sometimes. I tried a closer dealership and was turned away in tears because I didn working the hours I do it is difficult to get in for an oil change sometimes. I will NEVER go to another dealership again, my truck was taken right in and I never have an appt. at DeSoto Automall and the staff is always so helpful and nice. More

Run don't walk away from Greg Bechtold in the service department. A real a _ _ hole. Brought my dead battery in which was only 8 months old with a 36 month unconditional warranty. Had to jump through hoo department. A real a _ _ hole. Brought my dead battery in which was only 8 months old with a 36 month unconditional warranty. Had to jump through hoops to get it replaced. Was there for over 2 1/2 hours ... All kinds of excuses. I've had problems in the past with work not finished even though they said it was, tired of going back for redos. Will not be back. Would rather go somewhere where they appreciate your business and do the job right the first time. HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPT. More

Shawn was recommended to me by a friend after having a less than acceptable experience at another dealer. Dealing with Shawn is pleasant, though he is extremely busy he has spent a lot of time with me, a less than acceptable experience at another dealer. noisy heater/air fan i recently had a noisy air/heater fan on my 2013 ford f-150 and assumed it was probably a bad bearing in the fan motor. Tyler Jackson was my service i recently had a noisy air/heater fan on my 2013 ford f-150 and assumed it was probably a bad bearing in the fan motor. Tyler Jackson was my service adviser and told be to bring it in and they would diagnose the problem. After about 45 minutes he showed me a small plastic part that had broken off, but said the fan would still operate as before. The charge was $60. I think i know from experience that most dealers would have told me i need a new fan motor and the labor and parts expense would have been several hundred dollars. I appreciate the honesty of Tyler and the folks at this dealership. Its the reason i drive 45 miles to have them service my truck. More
