Dewey Griffin - Service Center

I stopped by Dewey Griffith today to get a car wash for my Outback as I have for almost 4 years. I have had my Outback serviced here since I got it and have been satisfied with the service. I was shocked my Outback as I have for almost 4 years. I have had my Outback serviced here since I got it and have been satisfied with the service. I was shocked when I was told that since I didn't buy my Subaru here, no car wash allowed. I have spent multiple thousands on service over the years but I guess that counts for nothing. This doesn't encourage me to recommend this dealership to any more of my friends and family ( I have recommended at least 2 buyers in 4 years ). It really bothers me that a successful company like this would nit pick a long standing customer and referral source. Oh well, I do have a choice and think I may take my Outback to someone that I feel cares more about me than a simple car wash. See you later. Brad and Kathy Taylor More
