This dealer is absolute junk. As a background, I worked in the car dealership industry and sales before becoming a medical professional. I can tell by walking into a dealership how corrupt it is and how dirty they are which most of them have some level of dishonesty. I attempted to sell a Saturn Sky 2007 with 41,000 original miles Edmunds trade value at $9000 for (very poor) and $12,000 (excellent). The car retails for between $13,000 and $16,000. This is not even considering the area and limited availability markup for old car low miles which some are in the $20,000's. I did a valuation on Edmunds which came back with Diablo of Walnut Creek offering 10K if in good condition. It is in good to excellent condition. A few rubber marks and tree sap marks that come off with a buff. I unfortunately ran out of gas on the way there today on the freeway and had a gas can in the car. This is what happened. I called ahead with the guy who said our 10k offer was probably more like 8k realistically but come in. I did for craps and giggles. I get there sit for an hour and not only did the head guy there who does valuations give me a dirty look he came back with a 5k offer citing a bunch of xx. So basically they want to buy a 2007 yellow convertible with 41,000 miles that is sitting on another few lots within a 100 mile area for $15-22k. I have no problem with someone trying to one up and screw me. What I have a problem with is they are misleading and downright defrauding consumers by using Edmunds to bait on switch customers into their dealership only to treat them terribly and try screw them. The sales reps were nice, but it is obvious the guy behind the scenes thinks he can be rude and bully me into getting screwed as well as making up xx things on his valuation report. As a background, this is a hole in the wall dealership with very little room. They are not just dishonest, they are downright defrauding people using a bait and switch scam to get people in the door. Expect a report to the attorney generals office. And to the sales reps who were cordial, you should consider other employment with a better dealer. More

BUYER BEWARE The most dishonest car dealership I have ever encountered. TL,DR: Don’t come here expecting to pay advertised prices. I came here ready to buy a used minivan in cash for the sticker price. I didn’t want any of their extras, just the car. They refused to sell me the vehicle without any of the extras, particularly their security system. They said because they were “losing money” on the vehicle that they had to sell it with the $1400 security system. I’m a busy mom with a toddler and in the midst of dealing with health issues with my elderly father. This minivan would’ve helped me transport him easier to and from doctor’s appointments, instead they wasted my time away from my family dealing with their nonsense. More
