My review outlined exactly what happened. You had my car for 10 days before you even looked at it and came up with that outrageous price. Trying to get some one to call back was a supreme effort, also. How would you like to go without your car for 10 days? I am very disappointed and angry how this dealership treated me and am not interested in any further contact

To reiterate, we moved to a appointment only schedule for oil changes to ensure better wait times and an overall better customer experience. It's not fair to customers that make an appointment if their service is delayed due to a vehicle ahead of them that did not have an appointment.
