I had contacted the dealership in advance and had gotten a firm out-the-door quote from Serena. When I got there Genesis took over for her since she was not on site. I showed him the quote from Serena, but he didn’t seem to care and started playing that “I have to talk to my manager game” 4.5 hour later we finally got it handled only to find out Genesis had left for supper and locked our keys in “one of the new cars” What a fiasco. We went in at 3:30 and got out right before 9pm. I mentioned to Vishnu, who was very nice, that he might need to train his people better. More
